Stew meat soup for breakfast. Lunch at Maggianno's with U of H Alum and the Chancellor.
Brisket leftovers for supper thawing in the sink.
Yesterday I had Pigeon Peas and rice. Now I have to find pigeon peas but do not need the rice.
Vienna sausage and a few bites of potato salad.
Gumbo for dinner last night.

Dinner: apple with peanut butter.

Dinner baked fish, veggies.
Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
Breakfast---Coffee and milk Slice of ezekiel toast with frozen raspberries and melt
Lunch------1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt with salsa---cup of sliced cukes
Snack Hot tea with lemon
Dinner; I think I am going to have a Greek Salad with Feta Cheese and a chicken breast
Snack SF jello with SF whipped cream YUM!
B: 1slice of toast spread with peanut butter and 1 slice of bacon
Snack raspberry yogurt
L: homemade barley beef soup, crackers with ham salad
D leftover roast and veggies
Snack yogurt or a protein shake
