Sharon-  What the heck happened to your eating today???  You know shouldn't skip meals...ever.  Even if your not hungry.

You need to rebuild your metabolism, not tear it back down.  What am I going to do with you???

I knew when i posted it, I was going to get a smack from you. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA

I was working and that always derails me. Then as i was driving home, my husband rushed me to hurry and get home so we could make the show, so again I got waylaid. When I finally got home I was pooped and grabbed the cottage cheese and cuties. I paid for it. When I went to bed right after that, my tummy did what it always does when i eat and lay down..........rebelled.

Today I will be better, I promise.

Hugs,

Sharon

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
