What are you eating today???

So How did we do yesterday....I ended up eating Werthers...then later felt guilty and compensated by not eating my apple and peanut butter. 

Breakfast-  1/2 cup raspberries and 14 almonds (those that wonder why 14....it's 100 calories)

Lunch- 1/2 cottage cheese and cantaloupe slices

Dinner-  CHIPOTLE!!!!!  YEAH!!!!!  I looked this up and since all I have is steak and cheese and I tear away most of the tortilla. 

so here is a break down of the calories

steak-  190

cheese 100

tortilla 290 (but I am going to take 100 calories from that since I take so much away)

total 480 calories!!!  woohoo!!!  see not bad the way I see it!!!  And the protein is 38!!!

Im not sure what my snack will be...I usually do a smoothie on Friday.

I am loving this! Awesome idea.

I will post tonight. Yesterday I did good, but I was short on my water mark. Today I will make sure I hydrate.

Well for me Yesterday morning, Protein meal supplement, same for lunch,

Dinner, well I ate Food, and felt guilty for it, we went out for Mexican food, I think I did good, Did not eat any of the free chips. ordered grilled chicken and veggie, and beans ate less the half. had two vodka and OJ small glasses, came home had sugar free ice cream bar.

This morning protein meal supplement drink.

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet.
