What are you eating Today??

I thought maybe would try this and see how it goes.  Maybe some of us (myself included) could use some place to go for some accountability when it comes to what we are eating.  And if we cheat or make a mistake we can talk about that here....

We can log in at the end of the day and talk about what we ate all day...or log in as we eat.

We can also talk about our activity/ exercise

 

Breakfast-  I am eating 1/2 cup raspberries and 14 almonds. 

Lunch- I am eating 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 banana

Breakfast: 1 piece of Ezekiel bread---1/2 T Melt------1/2 c raspberries-------coffee w/milk

I save all my calories for dinner...they say you shouldn't do that...but I can't help it..I like big dinners!!!

Crystal, I think this is a good ideal for  anyone having a hard time with food,

This morning I had a meal supplement drink, made with 1 cup skim milk,

for lunch it will be the same thing  I am doing only protein drinks until tomorrow or sat.

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Good Idea.

Breakfast: 2 meat and cheese rollups  maybe a protein bar later (rollups at 6 a.m)

Lunch ?

Dinner?

Heading for EGV. not sure what the rest of the day will be.

Today at work I had 140 calories worth of Werthers...you know those hard caramel candies...I like those.  Someone bought me a whole bag!!!!  My god...so had to have some before I gave bunch away!!!

For dinner I am having an individual pizza or personal size pizza.  It's 520 calories. 

Than as a snack I am having a few slices of apple and a tbl of peanut butter.

Oh you know I had some regular peanut butter the other day...Oh I can't ever go back!!!  I am now so used to organic...the regular tastes fake or different.  I didn't enjoy it at all!!  Yuck!!!  I have to have organic now.  Oh well...one more thing for me to be picky about.

I ended up not eating the apple and peanut butter...I felt that werthers were my snack.
