Hello everyone

They let us go home early yesterday.  We have some people with long commutes.  I of course don't but I still left.  It was nice to come home and relax for 1/2 the day.  I had nothing to do...because I had no plans.  I did go workout.

Today, lots of people have to dig themselves out.  I guess that's the nice part of living in apartments...I never have to worry about that.  Though, I do have to clean my car off.  I am going into work early...you leave early...you have some catching up to do!!!  I have the afternoon lockbox to do and today's stuff.  After work I am going to groceries and workout.

I am soooo ready for Winter to be over with.  I want Spring....I miss the color green!!!  And sunshine...lots of sunshine!!!

It was funny I was walking out to go get the mail.  The mailbox is out by the street.  One of the guys seemed to think this was just awful, that I had to walk to the street to get the mail in the snow (everything was plowed and salted) and I told him...don't worry...I'm a hearty girl I can handle walking in the snow!!!  I always go get the mail because I am always waiting to see if there are checks in the mail...so it kind has become my job.  Which is fine..it's not always snowing outside.  Sometimes it beautiful outside and I get to have a nice stroll out to the mailbox...so it goes bot ways.  I just think it's funny how some guys think women are so fragile!!!

Well I got to finish getting ready and get to work...have a nice day all...bye

What a weird snow. It came down like crazy all day and stopped after we went to bed sometime. About 8pm, we had thunder and lightening. Our trees are all sagging under the weight of the snow. I was out in it yesterday filling the bird feeders. My feathered friends are so hungry. Today the feeders are half full again. They must eat at night also??????

Did not work out yesterday. Just stayed in and we went to bed early. The house group was canceled and we decided to just skip the chiropractor's and snuggle in.

One of our neighbor's must have come by and cleared our driveway. We have so many lovely neighbors.

Wednesday is my off day and I have nothing planned except trying to work out at some point.

I'm with Crystal, I am ready for spring. This snow really makes me feel trapped. I prefer to stay in and do nothing. It must be a mental thing. Since it's March, it wont be long before this is all gone and we can start enjoying the outdoors. Yippy!

Be careful everybody in this tundra.

hugs,

Sharon

Good Morning,

It was still snowing when I went to bed last night, but not now. I think it is gone. Our street got plowed twice yesterday, Not so this morning. A school bus just went by, so I guess there is school today.

I need to get out this morning and go to the bank and post office. There are plans to go to supper this evening. Those plans could change.

Tomorrow, I see Dr. Hart at Alexion Bros. in EGV. And Saturday, go back to take a class on nutrition.

From what I have been reading, I am not alone in my quest for revision. It seems the problems I have had are more common then not.

Have a safe day,

Hugs, LISA

What is EGV.  I like Dr. Hart for sleep apnea but I think Chris does not.

I will also add that it was Dave that did not like Dr "Heartless" as he almost cut short Dave's life and Dave had to BEG to have WLS because "heartless" thought Dave would not benefit from it and he had not tried hard enough to loose weight - JERK!

I guess Dave proved him wrong and Dave saw him at a Diabetes Expo and "heartless" had to "eat" his words with Dave!

Lisa-  Unfortunately, it is pretty common.  I hate to say it but sometimes I fear that it will happen to me one day.  I hope it won't (and knock on wood I haven't had any problems).  I am sorry you have had to deal with the discomfort.  At least you know there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Good Morning Everyone!

Well, digging out is the theme of the day.  The roads here are still snow covered and slick.  But they are driveable.  I got into work with no problems.  My nice guy that clears snow for me showed up yesterday just as most of the storm was finishing.   We got maybe a little over an  inch after that.   So cars had to be cleared off again and the deck cleared.

I enjoyed my snow day at home.  It was a nice break.  Too bad it did not last another day.  Today it is work.

Randy, I am not sure about you.  A hacking group.  Just where are you hacking?  Hmmmmm.    Should we be concerned?    We will come visit you in the big house if it get to that.

Crystal, how cool is that when your work is concerned about their employee's safety.  I would say you have landed a great place to work!  They feed you AND take care of you!  Man do you have it good!

Dawn, I see that you got Liv out snowblowing!  What a doll.  She is such a sweetie.  Definitely a keeper.

Norma, good luck at the doctors today!

Sharon, I am sure you will find lots to do today.  Yesterday was a good day to stay inside.

Lisa, please be careful on your trip to EGV tomorrow.  That is a long way in this weather.  But I do know that once you hit the Chicago metro area the roads will be cleared.  Good luck

Have a great day everyone!
