Sunday Roll Call

Typing in larger type this morning in case folks are out of focus.  That is a very normal thing for me.  I was reading in some notes about fat fast on carb smart that low sodium can be a problem for folks with wait loss and can cause dizziness when standing.

Hoping the rain holds off.  I want to go down to the Congress Theatre.  Logan Square Farmer's Market is there in the winter.

What will the rest of us be doing today?

I hope the rain holds off all day...because the temps will be decent 45 degrees..a girl can wish.

Well I got everything I needed to get done yesterday.  I got my laundry done...in anticipation of the weather today.  I got my dash board dock for my phone.  It's soooo wonderful...I love it.  It's really handy.  I wonder why I waited this long to get one???  I use my phone to listen to music in my car through my car stereo and I use my phone for navigation.  And also because of the handy little gadget I bought I can also talk to people through the car stereo too...completely hands free.  It's kind of freaky.  I also bought my undies.  They are supposed to keep you from having a "muffin top"....we shall see about that...but they are pretty. 

Today I am going to focus on cleaning my bathroom and floors.  Then I am going to try another Pinterest recipe.  I have decided that Sunday will be my Pinterest day once in awhile.  I just cut the recipe in half and then eat for two days or so.  I am also going to workout. 

Ok I do have some horrible, awful, terrible, some what troubling news...I have had a day or two to digest this so I am able to talk about this without emotion.  My Fitbit...is now dead....and is in Fitbit heaven.  Yes it's true.  I still can't believe it!!!  I was wearing it Friday.  I had it hooked on my jean's pocket (on the side).  Well I must have hit it against something while I was moving up and down making copies and filing.  Because out of the corner of my eye I saw something black drop to the ground.  I looked and it was part of my Fitbit.  I picked it up and was shocked to see that my Fitbit was literally in 3 pieces!!!  I picked up the 3 pieces and carefully put the in a bag and put them in my purse.  I thought maybe I might be able to put it back together.  That is why I didn't say anything.  I was hoping all wasn't lost.  Well yesterday I got it back together and it just wasn't the same.  But it still lit up...I thought hey who cares.  So I docked it and tried to charge it.  This morning it was dead!!!  I am so sad.  My Fitbit is dead..I don't even understand how it could have happened.  I just know...if you have one don't hook it on you pocket because if you bump it just right or hard enough it will break apart!!!  I would hook it on your bra instead!!!   Fitbit a good friend RIP... 2012-2013

Sharon, Happy Birthday to your hubby, My wish for him would of been have a nice, sunny, warm day, but we are stuck with a gray rainy one.

We went to Peoria last night to see the Jeff Dunham show. I couldn't stop laughing. Even Hubert said he had a great time.

Crystal, sorry your Fitbit died and went to Fitbit heaven,

My plans for today is to do  nothing, other then make a good meal.Ok, I may do some bookwork, but that is it.

Everyone must be having a quiet Sunday. I'm enjoying the rain and glad it isn't snow. I've been reading all day and napping and just now came to the computer. I've got a couple of sites to check and then back to reading. Hope you all are having a good day.

Good Afternoon Everyone

It is a lazy Sunday here.  It has been raining all day.  I know we need the moisture but it has made it a good day to stay inside and lounge.  

Not much happening here.  Gage will not be coming this week.  He has 2 dates this weekend and we know what it more important to a teenager!  That is ok.  We expect him to be a teen.  

Randy, it is great that you have a Farmer's market in the winter.  What do they sell?

Crystal, I am so sorry your Fit Bit died.  Give it a proper send off.  It was a nice companion while it lasted.  

Lisa, a day of lounging sounds great.

Connie, I love your porch!  That looks like the perfect place to spend time knitting and reading.  

Sharon, you must be all beautiful today with all of your primping yesterday.  It is good to be nice to your body.

We have had a busy day today. We went to church and it was AWESOME. Then we went to get lunch and bring it to the hospital to see my father-in-law. He's been at Christ for 5 days and we are hoping he gets sprung tomorrow. 

We just got home to feed Suki and let her out and now we are off to our Sunday night house-group on finance with Dave Ramsey. Our group is having a surprise party for G's birthday. My husband has a lot of people who just love him. He is that kind of guy.

It has been busy but nice.

Crystal, I am so sorry to hear about your fitbit. There is always myfitnesspal.com on the net which is free. But I see another fitbit in your future for some reason????. You should ask for one on Freecycle.

I have to run....but I had to stop and say hi to my favorite IL Peeps.
