Happy Oiling
Sharon
Sharon- I will have to look at that but...the weather is too yucky right now to mess with my car outside. but I can still buy it for later. I can't wait till it nice enough outside to start. First order of business will be my oil change, then my spark plugs and then I want to change the belt in my car that is making that squeaky noise.
You will be happy to know that I did dig out my Fitbit and it was exactly where I thought it was...thank god. I wore it today. I walked over 4,000 steps just at work. I guess I can say I don't have much of a "sit at your desk" job. Honestly, it was because I was up and down all day long pulling files and making copied for those loathsome auditors. Otherwise, I don't think I would have gotten that many steps.
Fast fly by because I want to get some organizing done with some jewelry things.
I was the kind of girl that would pick up worms off of the play ground or pavement during recess and chase the boys with them. I do not like a mouse running fast around a room but I have no problem setting a trap (even the old fashioned wood/spring type) and then tossing the dead critter in the trash.
During my walk home from work I noticed that Irving Park Rd was getting slush covered I made the decision not to go to support group tonight. All of the salt treatment that was put down was washed away with the rain. "Hardly Works" (that is what the PD calls PW), I mean Public Works is out right now putting salt down on my street. I wore my Spikey's home from work and it was nice to have a good footing underneath. We have about 1/2" on the ground since I came home about 45 minutes ago.

Christine- When I was a kid I learned that you can cut a worm in half and it can keep on living...so me being me went home and tested this out!!! Hahaha!!! I went around cutting worms in half...what a weird kid I was??? Ya good thing all my friends in the neighborhood were boys and they joined in and helped me dig up worms to cut in half.
Crystal,
You sound like you were a delightful child. I was the opposite. Afraid to go in the swimming pool because there was grass floating around the top. My mom used to yell at me because she would spend 20 minutes cleaning all the grass out of the pool and then because there was one piece in there, I refused to go in with my brother. LOL. I was wimpy! Hugs, Sharon
