Monday Roll Call

Hello everyone

More freaking snow...what the heck!!!  I hate snow.  I don't want any more cold white stuff...I have enough cold white stuff...my butt when it's outside!!! 

Anyway,  I didn'****ch the Superbowl...I never do.... I'm not a big sports person.  Which is surprising since it's not a chick thing...hahaha!!!  Maybe someone just has to take the time to explain things to me.  But all the "important" men in my life were not into sports so I never got an education on any sports.  When I was a kid I played sports with the kids in the neighborhood.  All the kids around my age were boys...so I was always playing baseball, football, basketball, soccer.... but it wasn't official and it was a long time ago.  So I don't remember the rules...or if our rules were even correct.  We even played army...but they always made me be a nurse...which I hated!!!

I have a busy work day ahead of me and then a doctor appointment.  What do you guys have going today???

I fell asleep watching the super bowl.  Not feeling so great today.  A little sore throat and weakness plus a bit of clamminess this morning.  Want to listen to a couple of lectures again today and start on a memory game.  I thought asteroids was to be next.  This is fine with me though as the game I really want to write for myself is free cell.  I enjoy the one that comes with windows but have a couple of things I would like to add to it.  We will see.

Hi Crystal and lL Peeps,

I had another lazy day yesterday. We went to church, had soup and 1/2 sandwich at Panera for lunch and then came home to more of nothing. The only thing I did yesterday was strip our bed and unload the dishwasher. 

Today I start my 40 day work out challenge at the chiro's office. I am a bit stoked about it. Everyday the trainer has me working another body part after cardio. It is awesome. Crystal, I recall what you told me about muscle pain and how it takes a day or more  to develop. That is what has been occurring. 

My mom loved football, so that is how i came to love it. She came from Germany and loved soccer and learned football because I had 2 jock brothers.

We really did no****ch the games yesterday. I checked scores in between doing things. I was interested in the half time show and lost track after that. We have nephews who are big Ravens fans who live out east and that is how we found out they won. Nobody we knew was watching the game.....weird. 

Yep, Crystal, I too used to have a very full DVR and knew all my story-lines. Now when I watch them I am very bored. I used to love reality tv...now, not so much. I cannot sit still to read either.. I used to be a book and magazine junkey...not anymore. I guess we had to fill our time with something. Life sure changes. It is a good thing. The magazines are being donated. I never read any of them this year.

What is on everyone's agenda today????

I still read.  I always read.  But I have always been one to use reading to unwind at night before bed.  So I will go to bed an hour or so early...9-10pm and read.  It calms me and in no time I am sleepy.  Of course this has backfired quite a few times when the book has gotten really interesting and I ended up staying up till 1..2...3am in the morning reading...because I just can't put the book down.  It's like I'm reading, reading and look up and it's 1am!!!  OMG...so I say one more chapter...then I look and it's 2...then I think well the damage is done might as well read one more chapter....hahaha!!!  So this doesn't always work out for me!!! 

One thing I never do any more...watch TV in bed!!!  I tend to be much more lazy with a TV in the bedroom!!!  So no more of that!!!

Good Morning,

Well, we did watch the game yesterday. Kinda. I was working on some stuff that I needed to get done with,and Hubert was doing tohe same. We wanted to see the commercals

Today I am going to get a good start on taxes. I think we have everything we need. Ifnot, i will call to whatever is missing and ask for what I need.

We missed the snow this morning. It just looks like it.
