Thursday Roll Call
Hello everyone
I am still feeling the effects of the allergies or whatever it is I have here. It's not enough to make me sick and go to the doctor...but it's enough to make me want to just curl up and do nothing. But of course I won't have none of that. I have been taking my medicine. It usually is worse at late night and in the early morning.
Yesterday at work was funny....between me trying to kill the mouse...and the pizza...and then we had to get the W2's mailed out. Some of the girls got hot and those crazy hot headed women opened the window!!!! I was freezing. I am already always cold and they open the window. So I put my coat on and they start giving my a hard time...and I said "look, it's January 25 degrees and you opened the window and I put on my coat...it seems to me you guys are the crazy bi*ches here!!!" and we all started laughing!!! Then we had to haul the dozen or so cartons of W2s to the post office...it was a fun filled day.
Tonight after work I am making a trip into Plainfield because I have to go to Mejeir. Tomorrow is my friend Monica's birthday and and her favorite thing is the apple pie from Mejier. So I want to get that for her. Then while I'm there I will do groceries. Then I will workout. That's it for me....what will you be doing today?

Monica was funny she kept throwing food behind my desk...there is now pizza and a donut hole back there...and I told her to stop!!!! she was making a trail to the trap...she is funny!!! I said I'm trying to kill him not throw him a buffet!!!

Baby it's cold outside............but only 28 more days and we will have longer days with light....Yeah!
I am giving the pool up for 10 days to see if i can heal a "cut" that I have had for 8 months that will not heal. I think it may be due to the chlorine and the amount I swim. OK, it's not a typical cut it is an anal fissure 
. I am very embarrassed about this subject, but I am desperate to get rid of it. I got it a month after surgery due to the terrible constipation from all the protein.
I have been to a gastroenterologist who told me it would heal within 6 weeks. That was 8 months ago. I have done all the traditional and wholistic methods to fix this problem and so far no cure. This is my last ditch effort. So in the interim, I am working out everyday with my trainer for the next couple weeks on land instead of swimming. Yesterday he had me interval training. I did 30 minutes on the arc trainer, then in between sets on the machines he had me spin as hard as I could on a bike. Yesterday it was legs, today it will be something else. I felt like one of those people on the biggest loser. My swimming has gotten my endurance up so I was able to keep it going yesterday. Who knew???
Crystal, everyone I know has the sinus thing. It has to be this weird weather we have had. Thank goodness you have not had the headache. My brother has had one for 3 days. he finally went to the doctor who said it was a sinus head-ache. My brother NEVER goes to the doctor.

Sharon- years ago...like 10 years ago. I had a problem with anal fissures. Oh they were so painful. To the point that I was in tears when I would go #2. I mean it hurt so bad I would have tears in my eyes...and I gave birth!!! So I know pain...hahahaha!!! I did finally go to the doctor and they gave me something to put up there to heal the cuts and I had t be on stool softeners for awhile so not to reopen the cuts.
It was terrible. I feel your pain. I hope you get that taken care of.
I think that I would have headaches but I am on so many migraine meds that it would have to be a whopper of a sinus headache to bust through the migraine blockade!!! I really don't get headaches...only migraines.
Thanks for sharing. I have been using the nitroglycerine "cream" and it hasnt worked for me........the pain is 10X worse than childbirth. I dread each morning. It has really done a number on me. I have refused the surgery. I am praying God heals me.

Good Morning Everyone!
Today is my Friday! 
Needless to say I cannot wait for 3:30 to come. It is cold outside with that windchill. I have to get gas today. I keep watching the prices hoping they will come down and instead they are going up 10 cents a day! 
There is colussion between the station owners in my area and everyone just turns their heads. I dont know how they get away with it. We are usually 10 cents higher than the nearest town which is only 13 miles away. Sigh.
It was daylight as I drove to work this morning. I guess we are going to see some sun today. Usually it is not quite light out.
I am looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow.
Crystal, I have never seen a mousetrap like the one pictured on your face book page. I hope you get that sucker!
Sharon, the fissure sounds painful! Ouch!! Does your doctor have any suggestions on how to promote the healing? I hope the keeping away from chlorine does the trick.

Good Afternoon,
Blue is the color of cold. I know we have a wind chill warning out until ten tomorrow morning.
I got a call from the skin doctor. My biopsy came back benign. We still don't know what it is on my back, but, I have another appointment with him next week,
Tomorrow heading to Peoria to see the vein Dr. Hopefully he can tell me something.
Work was good today. All my appointments showed up.
