Yummy fast protein fix......

I got out of taking the car to the dealership...yes! and have been lazing on the computer. Thought I would share this with you. Jillee is one of my favorites....

I added fresh baby spinich to mine and it came out great.

I tried microwaving eggs once and I didn't like it.  They tasted all rubbery.  Did these turn out better??? 

They were yummy, but i was starving.  I love hard boiled...they are my favorite.
