Good afternoon Steven and the rest of Illinois.

Feeling only about 25% better and very disappointed.  Was hoping for much more.  Been sleeping on and off all morning and heading beck in that direction soon.  Sugar Free popsicles are my friend.  Although a chocolate shake sounds like "just the ticket", the sugar would give ma a whole other host of problems.  If I had the energy, I would make one out of protein powder.

CONGRATULATIONS to Lisa and Hubert!  47 years is AWESOME!  And to still be so in love!

I hope you all stay healthy!  I agree....the flu thing is scary and even though I had the flu shot, I still picked up strep somewhere.  Can't seem to win this year.  Many, Many people are ill.
