Hello friends!

Watching the rain out my window and thinking "you don't have to shovel rain". But the snow wouldbe so pretty....ah well, it's northern IL and in five minutes it could be different! LOL! Several of you are right. I don't plan to go out today, just stay home and knit. Kay is substitute teaching. She should be home before the snow flies, I hope.

We thought of a few more people we wanted to give a gift to and we both knit a couple of scarves as gifts. I have one  more to finish and then can work on my Icelandic sweater again. I have all my wrapping done and we are going to a friend's house for Christmas dinner, so I am basically ready. I'm keeping up on the clutter so the house is clean for drop-ins. Wish I did this all the time!
