Tuesday Roll Call
Dat blast! this website locks up if I type too fast. I started this on another page and it screeched to a stop and I could not go further. So, I had to start this in a new tab.
This girl has a dentist appt right after work. I did manage to get the lights on the Christmas tree last night and organize the bins with the ornaments so Dave can bring them up today for me. Then I crashed in bed at about 830pm.
Off to the salt mines for me shortly and that is about it for me. Nothing exciting or earth shattering. Couple more doc appts this week and we will also go back down on the train to the Christkindl Market Thursday. I took a 1/2 day for the appt and we should be back home and on the train by about 2-3ish.

Hello everyone
My Monday at work came and went with no problems...unlike last week. I was able to finish all my work 5 minutes before it was time to go...talk about great timing. I like days like that. Then I came home got a good work out in and my crockpot was bubbling with yummy food. All and all it was a good day.
Today more of the same...work and working out. I do want to stop and pick up a Christmas card for Amanda's host family. Because I am sending everything tomorrow. You know Amanda said she can't find a decent cookie down there. She said their cookies aren't sweet. She misses chocolate chip cookies (and she can't make her own because she can't find brown sugar at the store)...I would love to send her some....in fact maybe I will make her some and send her a separate surprise package. I just went over the list Dawn sent me I don't see any restrictions for cookies!!! I make some good chocolate chip cookies too!!! Just to make sure when I send the first one I will ask the lady at the post office.
Well I got to get ready for work...have a great day all. See ya later...bye
Hi Randy,
I too will be down at Northwestern today. I have to take a friend to see her doc.
Yesterday was so awesome, not because of the Steve Harvey Show, but because I walked for miles and loved it. I found free parking on Chicago Ave and few blocks west of LaSalle and walked to Watertower to meet everyone. Then I walked to NBC studios on Columbus and Wacker, then I walked backed to get my parked car. Everyone else took taxis or paid for parking. I hoofed it everywhere and felt like a million, because a year ago I would not have been able to do this.
Randy, do you need a scooter? Please let me know because I may know where you can get one.
The show yesterday was fun, but it was a long day. They really need audience members. I got his new book free. Steve Harvey is a very funny man. The director had cue cards for Steve but he never used them. He does everything off the cuff. He made me laugh alot.
Have a great day!!!!!!!!!
Hugs,
Sharon
I hope I do not. I am trying to get rid of left over parts from my repair business so I will not be tempted to go back into that business and move on to Python for making money. I am getting too old to be lifting 200+ pounds on a regular basis. Wife's hip is messing up though so if thye docs cannot relieve her pain we may be looking for her a scooter. I have a rollator she can use though.
