I saw your pics on FB and it looked really good. Man, the calorie count is real high.

Not sure where the serving size six comes in.  We had 2 large heads of cauliflower that we had frozen in five quart freezer bags.  We used two of those then added a pound of flounder and a few ounces of smoked lake trout.  This made a bit more than three quarts and maybe four quarts which to me means 12 to 16 one cup servings.  So I guess the six servings would be for someone who thinks of a full 2 cup soup bowl as a serving.

I will have to think of something else than the cauliflower as Dave cannot have that due to the Coumadin as it is higher in Vit K and that wrecks havoc with his med.
