Sunday Roll Call

Just chilling today. Stopped by Kroger yesterday and picked up the few things I needed on my way home from Downers Grove. So today I am going to watch movies all day! That's my "lazy" Sunday in a nut shell!

Karen, I wish I would have thought about the fact that you have Kroger down by you. I love their store brand tube drinks that they sell and I cannot get them at our local Food 4 Less (Kroger brand store). It is their Red Grapefruit flavor - it is oh so good. I would have paid you to bring me a few boxes.

I never got to putting the lights on my tree yesterday.  My chair beckoned me and I heeded the need to sleep. I did get my clothing set aside for next week to wear to work. Man, it is timely to put together outfits for work. SSSSHHHHHH -  do not tell Dave - he thinks a uniform is the cat's meow. I hate it after 33 years. I am so into my clothing after loosing weight.  I have been putsing around the house doing this and that. I have 2 of the boxes up from the basement with lighting equipment. The tree has been up and in the stand since Wednesday sucking up water, smelling good and waiting for the lights.

We had a wonderful time at the neighbors for the local party. Great catching up with everyone in a more relaxed atmosphere. We all touch base during the year but it is a fast pace because sometimes it is on our way to work, while the kids need to go somewhere or whatever. We all sat and talked. We all are people of faith except one couple who all of us are witnessing to and only time will tell.

Had my snack and now off to start the lights - maybe . . .
