Monday Roll Call

Hi friends!

I went to my knitting group this morning and then out to lunch with friends. Met at 12:30 and got home at 3:15! It was fun to catch up.

Tomorrow AM is wool spinning and then a flu shot. Doesn't sound very exciting but I am enjoying being retired and not having required times to be places. So far no boredom. It seems like there is always something to do.

Hello everyone

I'm really getting on here late.  I was just being lazy this morning.

This Monday wasn't the same busy day because the banks were closed...but I will pay for it tomorrow.  Twice as much work tomorrow.  Oh well that's how it goes...they get a day off and I get slammed.

Other than that I also will complain about the fact that my office is turning into a smorgasbord of fattening, bad for you foods.  What is this place trying to do...undermind my weight loss efforts???  Like I said before they always have candy bars and chips right there for your taking.  Which I have learned to just ignore.  Today however, they also had pizza and cookies!!!  OMG!!!  What are they doing to me!!!  I had one square of cheese pizza and NO COOKIES AT ALL!!!  I held strong...but how long am I supposed to just put up with this???  The thing is everyone pretty much partakes in the feast and most are not overweight.  And that just drives me up the wall.  They eat like crap day in and day out...and they get to be a normal weight.  Meanwhile, I kill myself just to be like them...why is this fair??? 

I do have some good news Amanda finally got some pictures to me...I will be posting some them on a separate link.  I was so excited.  I think that is what helped me forget about all the food.  I have to thank her.  See even 3000 miles away she helps me with my food...hahaha.
