Thursday Roll Call

Hello everyone

I ran my errands yesterday and I have some to run today after work.  Then of course I have to work out.

I am going to have Amanda withdrawls...I can't talk to her or IM her for 10 days!!!  But when she comes back I'm sure she will have a lot to tell me. 

I am hoping Christine is doing well and resting comfortably.  I did see her on Facebook last night.  Lots of healing vibes are flowing her way!!!

So what are you guys up to today???

Good Morning Everyone!

It is Friday EVE!    I sure am ready for the weekend.  Work has been busy lately.  Also they have a new system to monitor all our calls and they are doing grammar checks as well as quality of calls.  If you say uhm once you get dinged.  Yesterday I was told I cannot use the word "What" as in "What are you looking for" as it is considered demanding!    I dont know if I will survive this.

I saw Chris posting on face book last night several times.  She was up and around so she must be doing ok. 

Crystal, I think you went longer than 10 days when Amanda first went to Peru.  You will survive.  Just think of all the neat stories she will have to tell!

Randy, sounds like a busy day.

Nancy, that job sounds frustrating. I can't believe they would say you can't say "what". Crazy! Hang in there!

Chris, you must be feeling better since you were on FB last night. Good going!

Crystal, I can only imagine what wonderful experiences your daughter is having! I lived in Mexico for 6 months (back in the old days way before modern communication) and it was a fabulous experience.

It's almost a year minus a few days since my emergency surgery and it's beginning to look like the fistulas might close on their own. At least the drainage is less. What a year! So grateful to be alive. I also have learned who my friends are and aren't. It's amazing who showed up and who didn't!

Finished the scarf, now I've got to figure out how to take a picture and put it on here. Later today I hope.

I am up and at 'em. Been walking, thank goodness better than the first time up. I could only go about 50 foot down the corridor. If I do good by myself (with staff walking behind me) I will be able to get up and walk by myself.  Did not sleep well last night due to the heart/oxygen monitor going off because they were dropping. I would just drift off and it would go off. Having an issue with voiding so I was given Lasix. Had a popsicle and can have ice chips. I will be here until Saturday. I think the Lasix is working. Going to sign off now.

Glad to see that Chris is doing well.

Working then home to make the family the 6 can soup.  Todd has Scouts so we will need something quick.

LIv is doing well and I am grateful for that blessing.

It looks like we might have Riley again tomorrow night so I will have to come up with some other ideas to entertain us.

Gotta get back to work now.
