Thursday Roll Call
Hi Crystal and Lisa, and everybody.....
The folks who work seem to work so hard. I know the weekends are a much needed respite.
I am looking for a job. I started looking a few days ago. It was a great 5 months to be off but I have to face reality..........it's time. I am a bit worried. I am an all or nothing kind of gal. Every job I have ever worked ate me alive and I am so afraid I will go back to that way of life again and forgo my work-outs and healthy lifestyle. I know I wont be able to spend 2 hrs a day in the gym like I do now, but I worry I will slip back into being too tired to work out.
I have been a practice manager, medical claims manager, Billing manager, clinical operations manager and medical claims adjuster. If anyone knows anyone looking for any one of those, I am your gal. Thanks!
Crystal, my church keeps me very busy doing volunteer work. Some of the things we do are attending community events and being service ambassadors. I go to the Vineyard in Joliet. It rocks!
I started this post at 7am this morning and got busy and walked away....now it's 2:30p and I apologize if i miss anyone or anything.
I'm pooped from the 2 hrs of working out so this chick is going to take a 30 minute recharge.
Have a great day IL pals.....

Sharon- when it comes to working and working put...you just have to prioritize. It's really easy to put it off and let things fall to the side. I never let anything come before working out. I even schedule doctors appointments around my workouts. When I first started my workouts I was working 50+ hours a week and still getting in a 90 minute workout 6 days a week. I just had to put myself and my health first for once and I did. You can do it.
Going to support group in a short while but before that I am putting off eating until about 5 or later. I like to eat my one and only meal as late as possible so it carries me though the night and I do not get hunger pangs. I have come to learn to drink my other "meals" well after I get to work and then after I come back from my lunch walk. I can walk 2 out of several of the paths in 25 minutes. It equals about 1 1/3 miles and there are areas of going up and down hills.
