 Good Morning,

It is looking to be a soggy day.I hope you all have plans indoors today.

Happy 20th to Dawn and Todd.

Congrats to Crystal, she is below 200.

Nancy, I know your frustration with your furbaby problems. We had cats for over 20 years.

Carla, enjoy being a house wife for a few months.

Karen, you sound happy again.

Sharon, When you cuddle up with your blanket, don't forget the hot tea.

Randy, I donot know  how you keep all of your classes straight in your head.

Not sure what Randy or Steven are up to this weekend, but have a nice one.

Christine, I know you will be busy this weekend too.

Connie, what are you and Kay doing for fun this Saturday?

Me, I will be cleaning out the kitchen cabinets, to put away extra stuff we bought on sale yesterday.  I also have to make a quick run to the hardward store.

Hugs,
LISA

Well, I would have like to have been able to go Whole Foods but Dave does not want to go out of the house and get his "Baby" his car wet! I need to get some Saffron for a recipe and he could not find it at Jewel yesterday. I have some but I think it has gone stale.

We are sitting here watching the fund raiser series on one of the WTTW stations with Geoffrey Baer. I more than likely will be lazy and just read today. Tomorrow we have the 'psghetti dinner for the Lions Club at the park district.

Yeap - reading is exactly what I ended up doing and I got close to a 2 hour nap in. We are still watching the Geoffrey Baer fund raiser on WTTW Prime. So many of them we have not seen before. We do have a few of them that we have bought; ones that have interested us in the past.

I just finished making the Quinoa so it can go into the stuffed peppers for tomorrow and that dish will be for lunch and left overs for next week.

Good Spanish Saffron does bad things to me so I sub tumeric and it is less expensive.

Randy

So you have been forgiven?

Interesting. I have tumeric in the drawer. Don't know how old it is but it does have a fragrence to it still so I am guessing that it is still usable. It should do the trick.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I was up at 5:15 am just had a backlog of email to process after a day and a half of real world activities.

Keeping the classes stright in my head and doing the time management is parrt of the learning exercise of getting back to where I was before sleep apnea and my non-24 sleep wake cycles took over my life and health.

Helping a friend move then back to Python MIT had a great time at ChiPy meeting at Catapult Thursday night and at Tim's House the Timothy's Ministry celebration off Rand and Thomas last night.

Hello everyone

Yes I am below 200...finally!!!  Yeah!!!  I also just realized that I am only 1lb away from not being obese anymore!!!  Yeah me!!!

I have been up and cleaned and worked out.  I still have to take a shower but I have to wait to stop sweating first.  So I thought I would sit and write here and relax. Then I want to go to the library.  Then Brenda and family is coming over and we are going out.  So no plans for stay in...

I did get one pair of jean yestrerday...it was fun buying size 14 longs.

Nancy-  I hope Beemer feels better soon.  I am sure the treatment will start working soon.

Randy- I have to hand it to you I am not a school kind of person.  I went back to get my degree because I was in a desperate situation and needed to support my daughter...but I hated every minute of it.  Some people love book  learning...

Dawn- I hope you are having you're nice romantic gat-a-way

Have a good day...See you all later...bye

 Good Afternoon Everyone!

It has been a quiet rainy day for me.  I slept in and then am catching up with my email and the news.  No special plans for the weekend.  Claude AND Gizmo got out last night.  Gizmo seems to be able to fly.  I have never seen a cat run as fast as he did!  I ws VERY happy to get him corralled and back in the house

Congrats Crystal on being below 200 lbs!  What an accomplishment!

Chris, this is the perfect day to curl up an read and not venture outside in the rain.

Randy, it sounds like you have a full day planned again today.

Lisa  dont work too hard today.  Just relax.

Dawn,  Happy Anniversary to you and Todd.

Connie and Kay, have a great day!

Sharon, hope your day is just how you want it.

Hello,

I had a nice day today having breakfast with friends, knitting with other friends and then Kay and I had dinner at Vito's. We'll have a couple of meals with the leftovers!

Tonight we looked up places on the computer that we plan to visit and set up some ideas for the future.

Have a good weekend!

Connie

 Hi IL,

I had an early workout this morning and then ran around in the rain and did some shopping.

My husband got me an IPAD today and I am trying to learn my way around the MAC/SAFARI world. At this rate, my husband and I will probably never talk again. In between commercials this evening, we just retired to our individual IPADS and never spoke a word to one another......

Tomorrow I am looking forward to not leaving my house.

Have a lovely evening all.......

Sharon
