I have a great weekend in Door County with my Daughter and Grandson.  We had a very eventful fall weekend.

I started taking a spinngin class.  I have nowhere near the stamina of the other people in the class but I am trying to stick with it.

Hey for Crystal & Dawn - I read an article on line from the Trib about probiotics and their possible roll in assisting with keeping good bacteria in the system and possibly helping with UTI's. The article is under Lifestyles - Health and the title is Probiotics: A gut-check on bacterial health. It is mentioned in the 6th paragraph down. There are just a couple of sentances that cover that topic.

Dawn, I know that you are an advocate for probiotics but thought that this might be interesting to you and you also Crystal.

The article is very interesting for all to read and consider adding more good bacteria to our systems.

Got my yard statues put away into the shed right after work today and pulled some of the spent flowers from the planters around the 3 season room. I cannot pull my big huge Begonias from the window box under the shed window yet as they are huge and beautiful still.
 
Had some of Dave's left over meal from lunch for din din. Need to go and put some towels in the "pre" dryer (helps with wrinkles and then it matters what way you hang everything so it is realitivly wrinkle free) before they are put on the tri-pod lines in the basement. I just love my natural dryer for clothing. Think of me as being nuts but the laundry that comes off of it smells so fantastic and I can smell it as soon as I open the door to the basement. One just needs to be patient with letting everything dry. TEEHEE - I ordered a second tri-pod for doing more loads.
