Wednesday Roll call
Hi folks,
Up early for breakfast this morning and then off to knitting. Started a round shawl yesterday--most difficult beginning but then not too hard. Also started winter hats for special ed kids. Knitting is such a joy for me!
Not too much else going on today. My life is actually pretty quiet even though some of you think it's busy! LOL

Good Morning.
I woke up early too this morning, about 4;30. I am heading for Bloomington this morning. Monica and I are going shopping for her. She is 2 years out and still downsizing.
Connie, you are busy. You are enjoying doing what you like to do. I think we all live fairly full lives, between things we have to do and friends and family.
All the local schools are now back in session. I think most kids like to be bach in school. Just for the routine. And thier friends,

Hi Lisa and Connie, Hi All,
This morning there is a wonderful chill in the air that feels like autumn. My gosh, this month has been so wonderful weather-wise. Plus no air-conditioning to deal with. The sleeping has been awesome with this cool weather at night.
My best girlfriend has been having shortness of breath and refuses to go to the doctor. After hearing about Rosie O'Donnel's heart attack I was finally able to talk her into making an appointment. She should go to the ER but she is so stubborn. She is quite a bit older than but I feel like I'm her mother. Now I have this to worry about.
Oh well.

Morning Everyone!
Another beautiful day but getting warmer as the week progresses. I wont complain though.
I finally got to see my doctor! We had a LONG talk. I learned he had fired over half of his staff. I suggested that he fire the rest as he still has major problems. He is finally aware of what is going on and trying to get a handle on things. He was extremely appologetic and has his wife in there trying to get things turned around. It turns out I have bronchitis. He was angry that I had not been able to get in to see him. I now have antibiotics and cough syrup so should sleep better.
Connie, what a great find yesterday of the extra yarn! It is almost like getting a present! I know how much you enjoy your knitting. My neighbors and I were talking over the weekend about all the kids who need hats and gloves in the winter. Our area has about 70% on the poverty list. I had donated school supplies this year and she felt bad that she hadn't so I suggested hats and gloves for winter.
Sharon, you have my sympathies for having to give a cat medicine for 10 days! That will be a battle and a half if they are anything like my cats.
I about did handstands begging Tigger to take his meds.
Lisa, enjoy your day in Bloomington with Monica. That should be a fun day.
Crystal, you should have everything put together by now. Is there anything left to do? Now you can sit back, relax and read.
Dawn, I admire you for braving camping for Riley. My idea of camping is having a bed and bathtub at my disposal.
We never went camping while growing up.
