Wow, Christine, I love all your suggestions. I am 4 months out and am always looking for ideas for snacking. It is hard for me to remember to eat often. I am trying to teach myself to eat every few hours. Since I do not have hunger I forget to eat and don't get in enough calories some days. I have been snacking on HB eggs, string cheese, turkey or greek yogurt with SF jam, but I am bored with those and appreciate all the ideas.Best,

Afternoon Everyone!
It is another beautiful day. A little on the humid side but still nice. It looks like it will be nice all week but on the humid side.
Today I did some things around the house. Rick is taking Gage back to meet his mom for a pick up. Gage refers to it as the "prisoner exchange"
He at least has a sense of humor about his parents being divorced.
Tomorrow is back to work. I hope all of you have a great week!
