Missed a few days but read yesterday afternoon.
Echo last Thursday and should call for results I guess or use the fancy new online system to request results.
Neuro today for sleep apnea and non 24 sleep cycles.
Friday was Cheryl's and my 33rd.
Went to Arlington Park Saturday and had a nice day.

Hello everyone
It was nice driving home last night. I was home in less than 5 minutes.
I have to start buying my book cases. I can't buy them all at once because they are heavy and I can't carry them all. Not to mention hey all won't fit in my little Corolla. So I figured I will buy one at a time, and lug it home. That also gives me time to put one together at a time.
Yesterday at work was busy. Mondays are always hectic because I have to send out a weekly AR aging report before 10am...but it was extra busy because I had my Friday work to do too!!! So my day went by quickly.
Today...I am going to get my bookcase after work and put it together. Then that's about it.

I am slowly making my little place home as well. I still have a 5 by 12 storage unit to empty when health and cooler weather come together. I need like six wardrobe size storage units but do not want all that big furniture so am watching for more modular and inexpensive solutions.

First I want to say welcome to our two new posters from yesterday! We are glad you are here and hope to see you often! Second, Chris, just WHERE are you? Hope you and Dave are ok.
Today is a beautiful morning out there, sunny, cool and perfect! A little foggy but I will take it. We had some nice rain yesterday here. Hope you got some as well.
I talked to my sister and brother in law on Sunday. For someone who had been through 2 major heart attacks in the past week he sounds great! He is doing well and realizes that he needs to change his diet and get more exercise so time will tell.
Today I finally get to see my doctor. Yeah!
Crystal, I hope you enjoyed your short commute and are all settled in to your new home.
Randy, good luck with your appts. today. I hope you dont have to have another of those nasty sleep tests. I hate those!

Hi All,
What a glorious day after that day long rain.
Mornings are my favorite part of the day.
I have been off from work since May 18th. It is the first time in more than 30 years that I do not have to rush off to work everyday. I was outsourced. That's just a fancy word for terminated. I worked at my last company for 12 years. They sold to another company who outplaced a few of the older employess. I am using this gift of time to get our home in order and to get healthy with exercize and stress free living. Work was very stressful.
The plan is to try and downsize in the next 9 months. We want to sell this big house and move into a smaller space since it is just the 2 of us now. I have been using Freecycle to get rid of things we no longer need.
My mom passed away last November. I miss her so much. She lived with us after she became ill and was with us for 3 years. I cannot bring myself to go into her room and clean out her things. I know time will take care of that.
This week is my 4 month surgiversary and I am going to go get my blood work done today.

700 square feet???? That is quite a downsize. Was it hard to get used to? How did you decide on it? Are you happy with the small size? I am trying to talk my husband into moving into an over 55 trailer park. He looks at me like i've lost my mind. But I've looked into it and the size is perfect and we wouldn't have a mortgage. Have a great day....Sharon
