1 Year Anniversary

 1 Year Anniversary I have lost to my goal weight I battled this and will battle this for the rest of my life I sometimes have good days and then bad days but its the good weighing more then bad I have a new doctor out here in Florida and he is amazing my other WL nut was amazing as well but can't see him out here..Dr H did   endoscope  repair of stricture yesterday I will get these all the time because I had a major repair August 3rd and almost died from this but Yes I would do this surgery again it has given me my Life back

 Congratulations!  You have had a wonderful year!  You look fantastic.   I know you had times of struggles and doubts but, YOU DID IT!!!

Thank you I am glad I made it this far and will keep my life style the best I can with foods and water and my daily protein and vitamins I am so amazed myself Hope all is well with you...
