 Good Morning My OH Friends,
I now i have not posted in awhile but I do read everyday. Things here with me are good.
I am now coming up to 1year and 5 months since having my surgery. I also have a friend
at work whom wants to have gastric bypass surgey. She is going with the same  surgeon that
I used.

I had a nice weekend with Amanda....it went by soooo fast.

I ate like a pig Saturday and I will need to be good for awhile to make up for it. 

I am looking forward to getting my apartment.  I can't wait.

I have to get going....I have to get ready for work.  I have a long commute now.

Getting ready for my trip to Madison to see Dr. Garren. First we are going to the Apple store to take a course and then to a grocery store that we don't have here in Rockford. Love to go to Madison! I don't even care that it will be hot there!

It is going to be a hot one today so be sure to take your water with you!  It is going to be warm all week.  Will it ever cool off?

This looks like a routine week for me.  We do have a potluck at work on Wednesday and I have a 6 month apt with my neurologist for my migraines.  Other than that, it is work as usual. 

Steven, you will be a great support person for your friend at work. 

Connie, it is nice to have life settled although retirement can bring mixed feelings. 

Crystal, it is good to have you back with us.

Slept in until 6:15 this morning.  Almost done with my second cup of coffee and then I will have some protein.  Staying in today.  Going to the new PCP for a checkup tomorrow.  Need to make some notes for him as I would like to know why I get so many hand and leg cramps.  This has been true all my life.

I am back to work after what felt likd a long weekend.  A Day in Rock City was a bit slower than in the past.  Amber and her family came out and Todd's sister and her husband.  The Carnitas were very good and Todd's team came in 3rd in the Swiss Canoe races.  I will post a video on Facebook so you can see what they are.

I have a routine week coming up also until Friday.  On Friday, I am taking at least half a day off.  Todd and I are going to stay in a hotel and pick up Olivia!!!!!  I really miss her when she is away, but it looks like she is having a very good time.  I hope to catch her on Skype tonight, I haven't talked to her in almost a week!

Steven---it will be nice for your co-worker to have you as support.

Connie---I also LOVE going to Madison and might see if I can get Todd to swing that way on our way home from Milwaukee this weekend.

Crystal----great to see you!!

Nancy---I am so happy to see that you, Rick, Gage and Gizmo are settling into routine.

I took today off to have some time with Chloe and a long weekend! We are relaxing now but think we will go out for lunch with her grandma and then we need to run a few errands. I think it is going to be EXTRA HOT so don't want to run too much.

I read your posts over the weekend about shoppong lists. I used to make them and forget to take them. Since I got my IPhone, now on the notes page I have a WALMART list and just add things as I run out or think of them. Then i can just delete the item as I throw it in my cart. It is working very well for me!,

Good afternoon all,
Just a quick fly by.  Life is moving along here with a little under a month to go till school starts again.  So much I want to do yet.
My daughter seems to be getting on the "workout" routine with me.  If this keeps up I will be so thrilled.  I just want her to to be healthy and active.  My girl wants to play hockey this yr at school but with the extra weight it does make getting gear harder.  Plus all the other girls are much smaller than she. 
We started taking Tae Kwon Doe and Rachel is enjoying that.  YEAH!!!
My son is driving me crazy.  Someone once said raising girls were harder than boys.  HA!!  Never met my moody kid.  I am so tired of his emotional neediness.  He has a hard time letting life just go, he has to analyze everything to the point of getting him all worked up.  He stays up all night "thinking" which in turns keeps me up. Thus sending all my plans over board.  All this abut about a girlfriend.   When will this end!!!  Oh well.  He will grow up and learn.
Sorry for the rant.  I am just feeling so tired and frustrated.

Just have to let you know that I FEEL FOR YA! 
David was/is the same way.  That last girlfriend REALLY did a number on him and he has never been the same.  Moody, angry and stays up all night/sleeps all day.  I am pretty sure she is still pulling a few strings on himand it has been over a year since she broke his heart.

I hope it gets better soon and if you find a solution......share!

Steven, I have to agree with everyone, you will be a great help for your friend. I have a close friend that just went to the seminar last week. She is thinking of the sleeve.I just hope she is committed to this.

Connie,I ♥ Madison too. I haven't been up there in over a year, but hoping to make it to the farmers market this summer.
