ROD Pulled Chicken
Dave really does not have a recipe for this but he does is buys boneless skinless chicken breast and then he cooks it on the grill. He starts with 10# and that fills a 5 qt crockpot. He usually makes it for parties. You can reduce the amount of chicken to your needs. When the chicken is still warm pull the chicken apart with two forks or if you want you can coarse chop it with a knife. Put the meat in the crockpot and add your favorite BBQ sauce in (as much as you want), stir to coat the meat (get the meat fairly coated/covered with sauce) and then turn the crockpot on low to keep warm before serving.
Be sure to use a good quality BBQ sause like Sweet Baby Rays or KC Masterpiece.
This also freezes well. Defrost when you want some and heat it slowly. Be careful because the sugar in the sauce will start to burn. Serve on buns or you can eat it without the bun.
