Friday Roll Call
Good Morning,
I will be getting some sun today also. We have to get that Vit. D. At least, that is what Itell Hubert when I am laying out in the sun or pool.
On my agenda today is ..........nothing. I know something will come up, but, I am sure it woill be pick and choose.
Tomorrow, Monica, Morgan and myself will be going to Mattoon, to a large scapebooking store she found. I am always looking for new stuff, and so is she. I need to take the time and deleat stuff that I know I wont use, sometimes this summer.
Christine, I am sure your implant will hurt less then you think it will.
Nancy, Its Friday, the weekend looms. I hope you find Gizmo.
Dawn, You made it thur another week at your job. Yeah.
Connie, Its nice to see that you are getting around.
Crystal, Week one is almost over.
Debbie, remember, you are working this summer for the kids, and the money.

Happy Friday all,
Not much on the plate here in Northern Il! My dogs and I are enjoying the sun. They love it when I leave the door open so they can lay on the porch and sun. I tease them about going from Chocolate labs to black labs!!
Or maybe even melting!!!
I amuse myself!
My son is starting to ease into his job at Great America. For awhile there he was so unhappy. But he figured that was better then nothing or even the process of filling out applications and interviewing again. It sure makes it more peaceful in the house when all is happy.
My daughter is trying to convince my hubby she needs a dog for graduation. She wants a little lap dog. Who knows, maybe that will happen. I am not opposed to furry critters.
Me, I am going to enjoy this beautiful day. I recently finished reading the "naughty" book everyone was talking about - Fifty Shades of Grey. Oh my is all I can say.
Now to get the 2nd book after payday!!

Happy Friday Everyone!
Gizmo is home!!!
The posters really worked! I started getting phone calls with Gizmo sightings shortly after they went up. The little brat was overly friendly and would go to anyone. I got 2 calls at 6:30 this morning. First from a girl that worked at the VA home telling me he was there and next from her mom who actually had the cat. I went and retrieved him. He is well except for being hungry and thirsty! That is not surprising considering he was gone 3 days and it was dry out.
Now all need to figure out is how to hook up a GPS on him.
I am glad I had the day off. I went to bed really late last night as I was out looking for him. So I took a nap when I came back home.
No special plans for the weekend. It is Rick's birthday today so I will treat him to dinner. I have a couple of presents for him.

Gizmo is home!!!

Cat Lady
Hello everyone
I am happily settled into my temporary digs. Brenda went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure I was comfy. She cleared out dresser drawers and everything!!! I was telling her I'm not going to be here that long!!! I am thinking a month. I am not used to having meals cooked for me!!!! Tomorrow I told them to sit back I am cooking dinner.
Work is going well. Lots to learn. The commute is a bit of a pain...about a hour one way. But it's only for a month. One of the girls at work has a Lapband!!! She lost 164 lbs so far....she has a bit more to lose. She started out at 425!!! I don't usually tell people right off that I have had WLS...I like to get to know them first. But she told me right away...and I said me too!!!!
Jasper is loving it here. Brenda's daughter is 8 and she loves Jasper and plays with him 24/7...Jasper doesn't know what to do with himself. They are now thinking about getting a kitty now. I told them to go to a shelter and find a friendly one that comes right up to you and plays. That's how I chose Jasper...and when I tried to walk away...Jasper just grabbed me with his paw and ...wasn't going to let me go. That's why I chose him.
Nancy- I sure hope you find your kitty soon!!!!
Well It will be hard for me to get on here every day because they don't have WIFI and I have to share their desk top with them. I don't want to get in their way. So I go on when I know they are done.
