Good morning Illinois!

Stopping in early to give more info about my girls.  Neither have anything drastic.  Liv seems to have the coxsackievirus which can be like mono and cause fatigue, joint problems and other issues.  It lasts for weeks and she is supposed to leave for UNCW in 32 days.  She needs to REALLY take care of herself so it does not get worse.

Amber has been having lots of back pain and thought it might be Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome.  I guess she does not have that, but they found that she has a "separated uterus".  The issue is not life threatening or serious but it is still an issue.

Thanks for all your love and support....we all really appreciate it.

As for me......off to work!

Good Morning, on this bright sunny day.

No plans for today other then put a second coat of paint on the Patio tables.

Yesterday, I did get the new bird feeder up, and compleatly cleaned the tote that I keep the bird seed in. Also tore some jeans apart to make a rag quilt. I want to cut the fabric today to peice.

Good Morning Everyone!

Another beautiful day out there!  Yesterday was my full moon day at work.  I knew it was too good to be true that I got off on Monday without any problems.  I got a basketfull yesterday.  Sigh.  Then sometime yesterday, Gizmo got outside and he has not returned.  So today is calling all the local places to report him missing.  The problem is he does not come to his name yet.  The BRAT may become his new name.  I sure hope I can find him.  He has been here a week which hopefull is long of enough for him to know where "home" is.

Dawn, I am so sorry about the health issues of your girls.  That is not fun at all.  I sure hope Liv gets well enough in time for her trip.  I know she is really looking forward to that so much!  As for Amber, what do the do for a split uterus?  Do they do anything?

Lisa, it sounds like you had a fun day yesterday with a repeat performance today.

Randy, I hope you got your car sold without any problems.

Debbie, congratulations on having two high schoolers.  They sure grow up fast. 

Crystal, I hope the new job is going well.

Christine, I hope you are easing back into the work groove.

Amber's issue explains why she had a hard time conceiving Riley.  Only if she was still trying to get pregnant (she had her tubes tied) would they do something about it.  She still needs to investigate why she continues to be irregular.

Liv's virus is not serious but COULD cause serious things (like meningitis and other organ problems) if she does not take excellent care of herself.  She is on strict orders to drink LOTS of water and take all meds.

Car got sold and transfered without too much effort.  Just a matter of going through the Sec of State process with the new owner where most of the process was on his side.  All I had to do was get my stuff and my plates off of it, collect payment and sign the title.

Will head out soon to a window AC unit.  Have just about decided on one at Home Depot then someone mentioned Target is having a sale so I will check that out first online.

Had a nice visit with my daughter last night. We will go shopping today and out to Abreo tonight for a lovely dinner. I also have rehab today. Yesterday I went up one step with only one side rail. To get in the back door I have to be able to go up seven steps with a rail only on one side. There is no way to put a rail on the other side of the back steps because there is a cabinet on the left side so this is an important goal.

Dawn, I know what it's like to worry about your daughter's health. Megan had ovarian cancer last year. Fortunately they were able to get it all and she is doing fine.
