Do to insurance reason, the hospial i would like to have my WLS at.... will not open their list up ...UNTIL NOVEMBER....U OF C MEDICIAL CENTER IS THE ONLY PLACE IN CHICAGO THAT DOES DS....THAT I KNW OF!! DARN..

That is not uncommon that a hospital will not open up their list as there have been people waiting before you. I know there are a couple of ladies here on the board that have gone out of state for their DS and you might want to consider that.

I know it is tough to wait. We all have had to do that for one reason or the other when the rest of us decided on WLS but it will happen. Just remember the old saying - all good things come to those who wait.
