lap band or realize band
I have the Realize Band and it has worked for me....but not without lots of hard work and dedication. I eat pretty healthy (lean protein and stay away from simple carbs). I also workout 6 days a week about 1- 1 1/2 hours a day. I barely lost any weight till I started to workout. I have now lost 154lbs and pretty much stay within 5 lbs of this.
So I guess what the Band has done for me is some what keep the physical hunger (I am always fighting the head hunger) at bay and help me maintain my present weight.
