Monday Roll Call
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it is Monday. I should probabaly be happy that I am not going out in the yard as my keester is a hurting. Too much bending over and placing rock. It is looking real good and it is about 3/4 done. I should have the area back by the fence spruced up and the rocks moved/straightened up in a week or so. It is so bare back there so I bought 2 bags of wild flower seeds - perrenial and annual. The perrenial will flower next year and then each year after that and the annual will flower for this year and give it color.
The shower was real nice yesterday and I am looking forward to the wedding on the weekend of Memorial Day.

Good Morning Christine and the rest of ILL.
Christine I hope your flowers come out beautiful. Well so far its gloomy outside today. sunday I did
my shopping and also did laundry. Well also I treated myself to a gift I bought a new wallet online
from tumi. Also with the weather being not so good I am going to just hang out at home. I hope everyone is doing well.

Good Morning,
We got home about 7:30 last night. It was great to go on a cruise, and just as great to get home. Right now I am unpacking and doing laundry.
Then, I will try to get the pictures treansfered onto the computer.
Wehad a blast, food was great, the ship was great. The ports were great. We had great excurions at all places. We went to the rain forest in P.R. and downtown ald San Juan as well as the fort. A rum factory in St. Thomas, and a street fair. We were going to eat there, but everything was out in the open, no refrigeration to be seen. We enjoyed Nassau, but I liked The Grand Turk as well.
The only negitive I have is once you get away from the main tourist areas, you can really see how 3rd world these islands are.
The people on the islands are great, we seen no rudeness. Everyone we encountered treated you like long lost friends. I know, our money talks.
A good thing, no sales tax, and if you stay under $800.00 in purchases, no custom fees either.
Hubert did get me a pair of amber and silver errings. I will try to get a picture on here later.
I can't wait to go again.(possibly Aruba in 2 years.
Dawn, work at home as long as you can. No drama at your work site.

Hello everyone
It's going to be a hot and humid week down here...close to 90 degrees.
I already applied to 3 jobs this morning. I am branching out to other jobs, not just accounting.
I was just interrupted with my first phone call about my resume. They are just screening resumes right now so they just asked me basic questions about- salary and experience. The job is for a bookkeeper. I won't get my hopes up...I think my pay was too high. I didn't want to seem to desperate but I told them I would consider negotiating on the salary.
Lisa- Amanda's family is from rain forest area of Puerto Rico. It's supposed to be very picturesque but very unbearably hot and humid in the Summer.
Well back to just doing nothing....have a good day.

I had in home rehab today and was able to get in the steps to the front door. This means I will be able to leave the house and go for a ride or a short trip. Last week it was impossible and today it was a snap. What a relief! It is worth doing the exercises I have at home to do even though I'm not an exercise fan and i don't reaLty love doing them. It helps to see progress!

Yes, it is Monday and I started PT this morning and am back in the office this afternoon.
PT was good. I guess I am doing most things correctly and she gave me exercises to do. NOW, the ankle is bothering a bit, but like Connie, I will do them to gain strength. (SO GOOD TO SEE CONNIE!)
The work part..............HATE IT! BUT, my SIL is going in for a double mastectomy tomorrow and will be out for a long time. I figured I would be nice and come in. Not sure WHY I thought I had to be nice to these people........GOTTA find something else.
Liv's play was FABULOUS!!!!!! The kids did a great job and I am very proud of all of them. Now, she will start cheerleading for next year.
David is getting a new (to him) vehicle this evening so we will see how he responds to the adult world of car payments, insurance AND rent.
That's about as exciting as it gets from here!
