Sorry I didn't post one yesterday....I got home too late

B- almonds (100 calorie pack) 1/2 cup raspberries

L- 1 cup cottage cheese, 6 crackers

D- Chipotle buritto  (steak, cheese, salsa)  I tear away 50% of the tortilla too.

S- weigh****chers cookie dough ice cream sundae...yummy

L   3 lean cusine spring rolls

D  2 oz broiled cod, mixed veggies, 1/4 cup rice

S   1 carton 7 gram portein, yogurt 

S   1 small handful jrlly beans

I have enough of the dinner left for either lunch or dinner today.(4/14)
