What did you eat today???

Had a pretty good day

B- almonds (100 calorie pack) 1/2 cup blueberries

L- 2 turkey and cheese roll ups 1/2 cup cottage cheese

S- 1 tbs peanut butter 2 slices apples

D- two chicken drum sticks (no skin), carrots

V8 (I drink this because I really hate vegetables and my NUT said I should drink this to make sure I get my daily serving of veggies in)  So other than V8 I will eat few other veggies like salsa or carrots but not much.

I did so so.  I find lunches the hardest for me. 

B.  Low fat yogurt with mandarine oranges

L.  Chicken salad sandwich and citrus fruit salad

D.  Ravs in spaghetti sauce  (I was given the ravs and I dont have them very often)

L 1 cup tomato soup with milk and mini ravs

    1 lice wheat toast with a a bit of butter
Chicken torilla soup

1/2 c fat free ice cream
