Please Help

Does anyone know of a bariatric surgeon in Illinois that accepted Medicaid recently? Many of the hospitals have stopped taking medicaid on the list in this forum.

I am sorry that I don't know who takes Medicade, but you might try to contac the DCFS and ask them. They should
have a record of who will take it.

The Dr. Fred Tiesenga.  He is great from what I have seen so far.  I have mediciad and I am getting the sleeve and his office accepts it.  He is listed on this site.  You should see a link for him under my name.  His office is in Elmwood Park, which is on the northwest side of Chicago. 

I love the program and I have an appointment with him tomorrow and I have seen such great reviews of him.  This will be my first one on one meeting with him.  There are also some reviews of him on this site.  They are kinda old, but from what I have experienced so far, they are true.  Good Luck girl, let me know if this helps.
