Monday Roll Call
Hello everyone
I am tired. We did so much this weekend and I had to re-clean my house when everyone left. But it was so much fun. It was nice to see everyone again. I wish I could have taken the day off today but there is no way...today is the continuation of monthend. So I must go back to work. I will look forward to next weekend to relax.
I had to turn on the AC yesterday. With the the temp outside being 85 and there was a bunch of cooking and baking going on and a lot of people in the house. It got uncomfortably warm in the house. So I turned on the AC. I turned it off when everyone left.
Well we had a couple of heavy rains and my tulips seemed to have lost all of their petals. So no more pretty tulips... What is square foot gardening???
Nancy-I'm glad to hear your auction went well. You bought a bunch stuff too.
Well I have to leave soon. I want the day to go by fast. Have a good day....see ya.

Nothing going on today but work. Then when I get home, I want to move some speakers that have been in the bedroom since Hubert stored them there befor Xmas. Of course, he doesn't see why I was upset about 4 2 foot box speakers being stored in the middle of our bedroom. Men!
Yesterday was so nice. I worked on my tan for about 1 hour, then made a chicken dinner. Also exercised and went shopping. We did a few other errands also.
Crystal, I am so glad that you had a good weekend. Nancy, it sounds like yours was good too, even though your bank account took a small hit.
Sorry about the Sunday heading. I thought I put Sunday Roll Call in the right place, but maybe the site was pulling an April Fools Stunt.

Good Morning Everyone!
Surprise, surprise, surprise, I am on here at an ungodly hour!
I sarted a new schedule today of arriving at work by 7 am. The nice thing is I am done by 3:45 pm! More time to play this summer!
Yesterday was a beautiful day. Did not do much other than go to Walmart and play with the cats and my computer. The cats love their new toys. So that is good. The bear is now in my garage to finish drying out. We do not know if the wood has completely dried so we are going to give it another month and then put a waterproof finish on it to protect it.
Crystal, I am glad you had a great weekend. The only bad thing about company is recleaning the house. I wonder why we clean before they get there? Hmmmm. I have had my ac on several times. I cant sleep if I am too hot.
Stephen, it sounds like you are running here, there and everywhere. Dont forget to relax.
Lisa, I sympathise with you over speakers in your bedroom. It is a guy thing. I cant tell you how many guys have wanted to saw things in my basement when I have done remodeling and then get offended when I ask them to do it in the garage. I agree, MEN!

I am up and showered, getting ready to head to Dixon to take an employment test for the TSA. Wish me luck. then, we will come home and I will do some work.
Didn't do too much over the weekend. Nothing exciting anyway.
I am sorry to hear that this resort has a bad reputation for how they treat thier employees. The brochure looked lovely and Todd and the Boy Scouts stayed there once since a parent has a condo there. We got a whole week for less than $ 150.00 so I thought it would be a good deal. We may only stay through Monday, at least the kids will be coming back Monday night. We will see. Riley will have a blast swimming each day and if that is all, it will be enough. They DID agree to move us to a "walk in" unit so that I do not have to try to navigate stairs. Nancy, PM me your number.
Crystal, your company sounded like fun and glad to hear that your ex-sister-in-law has recovered. I understand how you feel. I don't really get along with many of Todd's family, but I would never wish harm to them.
