Wednesday Roll Call
I finished my book last night. So I got to bed at a decent time...hahaha.
It will be hot today....this weather is just unbelievable for March. I keep forgetting it's only March. I have had to dig and dig into my Summer clothes box. But I haven't turned on my AC yet...I just flat out refuse. It's a little easier not being in an apartment. If I was still in Oswego I would have had to. I was on the second floor, in a middle aparment, with no cross ventilation. It would get really hot up there. The good thing was in the Winter I was always warm.
My tulis bloomed!!!! Yeah!!!! My Spring garden is complete now!!!! It's not as much I had hoped because not all of the bulbs I planted grew....Lisa I'm glad to hear that's normal. Now I see where the gaps are can I go in and plant more bulbs later in the Spring????
Well what going on for you guys today??? How is Dawn doing...are you able to get around easier? Nancy...where are you lady?

I agree, wonderful weather and am really enjoying it! Crystal, the year I planted tulips and only some of them came up, a friend told me squirrels also love them, so they may have stolen some of them! I could see digging in the area where I planted, so that may have been the case! I am not sure when you can plant more....
Not much going on here. Going to a mexican restaurant with friends tonight, so strawberry margarita, here I come...after work, of course! LOL
Dawn, I bet it is hard to have your computer upstairs and you down....Keep us posted as you can, and hope you are feeling better.
Nancy and Chris, hope you are both ok. My computer is really slow today, so after I'm done here, I think I need to shut down and reboot!!

My grass got cut yesterday for the first of many times, I'm sure!! But it looks so nice! Roxie is loving this weather, but I have to kinda keep an eye on her because she loves to wander around the yard (and into the neighbors') and I have to holler at her, "get back here, that's not YOUR yard"....and they funny thing is, she ususally does!

It has been busy the last few days. I find myself running here, there and everywhere. Trying to make calls and get to doctors apts around a work schedule is nearly impossible. I hate not being able to make or receive phone calls at work. I only get a half hour for lunch and by the time I use the bathroom and eat, the time is up.
I have loved this weather. But I broke down and turned my ac on. Between being overheated at work and the ac not working right in my car, I am HOT when I get home! My car has bee in twice and they think they have it solved and it only lasts a couple of days. Sigh.
Crystal, the squirrels may be the culprit. At one of the homes my parents had, those naughty devils would dig up the tulips and then replant them. We would have tulips growing in the middle of the yard.
Also, there are usually bad bulbs in packs of tulips. Georgie, I am glad you are enjoying the weather. Enjoy that margarita. Keep up with Roxie's coaching. Some day she may learn.
