Good Morning My OH Friends,
Well I got back from my trip to Fla. I had a nice time. I did alot of clothing shopping. I bought myself
some more shirts and 3 pairs of jeans. I also bought a coffee table, and a dresser, night stand,
and a bedroom lamp.
I hope everyone had a nice weekend.

Hello everyone

One thing I hate about the time change....I'm so tired!!!!  My weekends are never long enough.

The soreness is still there.  Now it's my ankles and back thigh muscles.  My arms feel better now though. 

I have just a regular day today.  Work and working out.  Though I'm not sure how working out will go if I'm sore.  We will see how I will feel after work. 

Dawn- are you having your surgery today?  If so good luck.

Georgie- I miss channel 9 news the most.

Stephen- you bought all that in Florida???

Crystal, i am glad that you were able to compleate the 5k. It doesn't matter if you win, you have the satisfaction of knowing you finished. When is your next one?

Nancy, i et the sesults of the biospy on the 19th. I would assume if it is a bad reading, that they would contact me before then. I still don't know if BSBC is going to approve the revision, It will depend on what the Dr. writes for the reason of need.

Dawn, I am sorry you need to have the surgery today. good luck.

Hubert and i went to Famous Dave's BBQ, for dinner last night. We should of split one meal. We brought home enough ribs to have them tonight, and maybe even tomorrow night.

Got to get going to work. Onl y 5 days to the weekend. Life is Good.

Hanging out at the house today.

My body has finally had enough downtime to dump some water so I am seeing a number less than 90 pounds to goal.

Good Monday Morning Everyone! 

What a combination -- Monday morning and time change!   The two should be prohibited.  Yesterday it did not bother me at all.  Today, I overslept by 45 minutes and then it was rush, rush, rush to get out the door.  Ugh, I hate that!   At least we are slow at work. 

The cats loved the outside yesterday but Claude was a bad kitty and crossed the street.  Tigger is used to wondering and Claude followed him. 3 legged kitties are not allowed to cross the street and are not really allowed outside, but when they can run faster than you .... sigh.

Stephen, what a haul you got in Florida!  I am glad you had a good time.  Thanks for bringing back some great weather too!

Lisa, Famous Daves is a great place to eat!  Enjoy the leftovers!

 Hello friends in IL   I went to Daytona Bike Week yesterday and did allot of walking I am kinda moving slow today but I found Daytona a wonderful time...Steve they always have great stuff for cheap around here but nice!!!hope everyone has a wonderful week San
