To the train station and back.

My early start yesterday caught up with me at 2 and I woke up at 3.  One of those where I did not know I was going to sleep and woke up in my desk chair.

Back home for a delivery between 8 and 10.  Serving in Harvest then Cook County election judge training.

Time for my protein drink.

What is everyone else up to.

Good Morning,

Was unable to go to dinner last night. Dr G put 3cc back in me. We also discussed going for a RNY, he said that is the one that seems to be working the best long term.His office will look into the insurance for me. I had gained 20 # this past year. That is unacceptable to me.

I was able to find a couple of pairs of sandels for our cruise in April. We also went to the train store in Itasca for Hubert to buy a new engin. We were able to stop at Sams Club for another sercurity system. Hubert wants our expanded,

Today, back to work, with a full liquid diet for the next 2 days.

Hello everyone

I am off to a late start.  I stay up late talking on the phone with a friend from my old work.  Just catching up with all the gossip. 

Today is just work and working out. 

Lisa-  I'm shocked.  I didn't know you were struggling so much.  So are you open for a revision?

Crystal, I have always had a vomiting problem, it  is just getting worst. I had talked to D G last year about a revision. Now we are going for info and to see if the insurance will cover it.

Good morning Randy and the rest of Illinois!

I went to that gym last night, did the treadmill for 20 minutes to warm up for a "Zumba Express" class (that was fun but kicked my butt in 30 minutes) then back on the treadmill for 30 minutes.  Not bad for someone who hasn't done much of any movement for over a year and a half. 

THEN......I got up at 4:45 this morning and went back.  I did abuot 35 minutes on the treadmill and 8-9 minutes on a spin bike.  I am going back tonight to possibly take an "Introduction to Indoor Cycling" class (spinning) and to sign up.  I got another offer so now the first month will only be $5.00.  It is month-to-month and requires a 30 day cancellation so I will have to pay for April too.  If I do not choose to continue, I will have a month to decide but will have paid for two months for $ 35.00.  A deal I can't refuse!

I really like this place so far.  I can't BELIEVE I really want to be in a gym more than once a day!  I HOPE this feeling lasts.  The only down side is that it is not exactly on my way home, but I live so far away that the extra 10-15 minutes might be worth it.  The only way to find out is to try.

I have gained a total of 35 lbs. over the last couple of years and I KNOW it is due to being inactive.  So I hope I can continue to be as motivated as I am now.

I did not realize Lisa was looking onto revision either.......keep us posted on that possible new journey.
