Monday roll call
Went to my first live hockey game last night with a lot of friends from the Harvest ministry at Willow. Great fun.
Maybe I will check out the local rinks. Skating was great exercise when I was in college.
Now to drop Cheryl at the train and then get ready and down to see the judge at SS office in Oak Brook. Fourteen or Fifteen months into this process. I would love to think my sleep problems would not prevent someone seeing my capabilities and hiring me but experiance says that is not about to happen.

Good Morning.
I will be heading up to Hoffman Estates later this morning for a visit with Dr. G. We will then meet Huberts cousin for a 5 p.m. dinner at Dover Straights. They have a seafood platter on thier appetizer menu that I love. Plus a cup of soup. I can't finish the seafood platter, so then I have leftovers for either lunch or dinner tomorrow.
Randy, we go to Hockey games in Bloomington. It is a semi-proteam called the Blaze. $10 tickets, and free parking. Its a good value for a fun evening.
Christine, my fngers are crossed for your interview today.
Crystal, I hope your workweek is more uneventful then your weekend was.
Nancy, was the homeshow at the mall?
Dawn, how was your weekend?
Steven, will your job be affected with the post office cuts?
Marabel, let us know when you get approved.
Debbie, what kind of 5k are ou wanting to do?
This first cup of coffee is really good this morning. I think I will get a second one.
Have a great day!
Hugs, LISA

Hello everyone
I had a nice relaxing Sunday. I did go workout on that new machine I mentioned. It completely mimicks running without the impact. So I burn lots of calories. know those machines as far calorie counts go can't be trusted.
I didn'****ch the awards show last night. I'm really not into that. So I spent the evening watching other shows.
Well it's almost March and that means we are closer to Spring!!! Yeah!!! I am looking forward to having a garden.
Today I have work and no working out. Nothing else specaial.
Well I gotta get going. See ya later....bye
Good morning Randy and the rest of Illinois!
I had a nice weekend. Saturday we walked around town putting out flyers for "Scouting for Food" in the morning. Then Amber came out and I cooked lots of her favorite foods. I also did barbequed shrimp, New Orleans style, and it was very good. Yesterday with the sister-in-laws was not too terrible. Once a year, I guess I can handle it.
I stopped Friday night at that gym and it is very clean and seems nice. I have a free pass for the next 3 days and if I sign by Wednesday, the first month is only $ 10.00. I am going to try it! At first, Todd made noise about how I could just work out at home but I told him that I have been asking him to bring up my bike for over a year and he is not doing it. He thinks I should work out in the basement but there is not a plug for the bike (plus it is the basement o**** year old house.) We went back and forth and I dropped the subject. Last night, I told him that I was planning on trying this out. I said it would not really cost much except for time away from he and Liv. They might have to get their own dinner! I told him that I deserve to at least TRY this and get myself back to where I need to be. They open at 5 am, so if I can get back to getting up early, I might do it then too. So there! I am a bit intimidated about doing this alone, but nothing ventured, nothing gained (or in this case, lost......)
I am thinking of Chris as she applies for a new chapter in her career today at 2.
Sorry to hear about Crystal's adventure on Saturday and also as a child. I am very glad to know that she escaped unhurt both times. Way to go!
I had better get back to work.......
Everyone have a lovely day.

Hello IL!
The interview went well. I do have a tendancy to not be able to articulate at times and that might be a minor issue. I have good points to bring to the table and the other girl that was interviewed more than likely has good points also. It was a different type of interview in the fact that I know all of the players that were asking the questions. I could joke with them during the whole time - while also keeping with the seriousness of the situation. I will know with in 1-2 weeks.

Evenin Everyone!
Another Monday down the drain! It was an ok day. One of those days that I just shook my head at people and how stupid they can be. I just hope I am not that bad. Rick and I went to Red Lobster for dinner last night and had wood grilled shrimp. It was delicious. I had the rest tonight for dinner!
Randy, I am glad you enjoyed your hockey game. I am a hockey fan. My nephew has played all his life and then for the semi pros once he left college. As long as I am no****ching him getting clobbered, it is an enjoyment,
Lisa, I hope you had an uneventful but enjoyable day in Schaumburg today. Sounds like a somewhat fun outing. The home show I went to was at Celebrations. IT is the one sponsored by the radio stations.
Crystal, your new find at the gym sounds great! I am glad you are enjoying it. An uneventful Sunday sounds much better than the day before!
Dawn, it sounds like you had a nice weekend. Good for you for wanting to join the gym and sticking up for yourself! You go girl!
Christine, I am glad your interview went well. Now comes the hard part of waiting. I always hate that part! Fingers are crossed for you.
Have a great evening!
