I have good news today. Its my 1 year surgiversary today. 2/25/12 Its been a cool year that I don't have to carry around that extra person haha. Its been the best thing that I did for myself. I would do
it all again if I would have to the RNY surgery saved my life.

Congrats on your 1 year of being a new person.I know it is a hard desision to make, but oh so rewarding.
Our snow was gone by noon yesterday. Now today, it is just to be cold.
I am going up to Yorkville with Monica later today. But first, I have some errands to run.

my first time in roll call.....so glad to be with you!
I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy yesterday...whew!! so glad that is over with...the prep for that is just EVIL..LOL. Today just going to hang around the house and stay warm...brrrrr. I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Our snow is still on the ground and the street has been pelted with snow balls that have fallen from the tree limbs. The balls were hitting us as we walked home from the train last night after dinner. The temp was falling as fast when we came home and the wind was fierce.
Off to sign our tax return, stop at JoAnn's, possibly Trader Joe's and whatever else we find to stop at while in Arlington Heights.

Hello everyone
I am sitting and relaxing eating breakfast and watching Golden Girls. This show always reminds me of my grandma. We would always watch it together and she would laugh sooo hard.
We didn't get any snow but it is really cold and windy.
Yesterday I ran a bunch of errands but I have a few more today. Then later today me and Amanda are going to workout together...this is becoming a regular thing. Then we are going for lunch. Then that is it for my day.
The workers at the gym are starting to know me now when I come in. I am starting to notice the regulars. This is a much bigger gym than the one back at my old work. The one there was very small and was meant just for our use. This one is bigger and more intimidating...at first. I just wish I had a workout buddy everyday like I did before.
Dawn...I hope you decided on joining the gym.

It is cold outside but sunny today. So glad the sun is out. I like sunny days. Today I finally got my new computer all hooked up and back into the computer desk! Rick was willing to be the person crawling on the floor to thread the wires through all the holes.
No more computer tower in the middle of the floor.
Steven, congratulations on your anniversary! I agree, it is the best decision I ever made.
