ROD Balsamic Roast
Tangy Balsamic Roast:
1 large onion, sliced
2 1/2 lbs boneless pork loin or beef roast
1 c. ho****er
1/4 c. Splenda
6 TBSP balsamic raspberrry vinegar 2 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP ketchup
1/2 TSP pepper
1/2 tsp minced garlic ( dried)
baby carrots
new potatoes
Arrange onion slices evenly over the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add baby carrots. Place potatoes next, then top with the roast. In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the roast.
Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours or on High for 3-4 hours.
