Tuesday Roll Cal
Hello everyone
I think I will have to take it easy today...almost every muscle in my body hurts. Only things not hurting (and I'm not exagerating) is my hands, feet, and head...hahaha. But it feels good to be working out hard again...I will just stick to cardio and lay of the strength training till my muscles recover. I'm just soooo sore!!!!! I just have to remember I am burning calories repairing those muscles!!!!
Yesterday, I tried a new crockpot recipe and it was super yummy. I replaced the legs with thighs (so if you wanted to use breasts I'm sure it would be fine). The chicken came out so tender that when I was taking out of the crock pot it was falling apart. I did use a tbsp garlic and lots black pepper. Try it will make your tummy smile.

I hope Vicki is recovering and doing well after her long awaited surgery. Hope to hear from her soon.

Sorry you are in pain, but you will get used to it eventually.. I printed up the recipe and will be trying it soon, hopefully this week!

It took me a bit longer to get into work today and I saw 5 cars in the ditches. One was a cop car and one might have been a UPS truck. The first 3 were WAY out in the boonies on Hwy. 20.
Liv was hoping to apply for her first job tonight, but we will see how the weather cooperates. It is at an ice cream/soda fountain type place that some neighbors own part-interest. It sounds like a fun first job to me.
My job is the same-----ugh.

Good Evening my Illinois Family,
Crystal- I am so proud of you! I am sure you will be so pleased with the results! The dine you made so yummy! I will have to try it soon.
Dawn- how scary that must have been driving into work. It was messy here but thank God, I only have about 5 miles to drive.
So my life is getting more uncertain. About 2 weeks ago I mentioned the fact the my husband was thinking about applying for the job in Chandler, Az. Well, since then he has had a few phone interviews and it seems he will be offered the job. He is very excited about the change. One of the aspects he is looking forward to is the travel. He found out today, he would have to go to France, Germany and other fun places. This is what he has wanted to do for so long. At this time in our life's, the kids are older and it is possible for him to travel.
My daughter is so excited to be near family again. My son, who will be a senior next year is a bit concerned. I assured him that he and I would stay here until he graduates. I do want him to finish with his friends.
Whatever happens will be fine. I will get to spend quality time with my mom and help her out if I am back in Az. I just don't want to leave my friends here. Oh well! Thank God for letters, email and Facebook!
Off to a hockey game now!
