Good Morning, Well I am off to Alexian Brothers Hospital. I postpond the Chest x-ray until this morning and then I have a echocadiogram test at my cadio doctors office. I hope everyone had a nice weeken. Mine was good tomorrow its back to work.

Hello everyone

Yesterday, I tried the PX90 and today my muscles are feeling it a little.  My thighs are the sore and that's it.  The thing is I decided that cardio isn't enough.  I need to make sure I'm getting my muscle strenthening in too.  That's where the fat burning comes in!!!!

Today and for the rest of the week I want to keep up with the PX90 but I have no other plans for the week. 

I was watching that Hoarding show and as a neat freak...I find it disturbing to watch.  I cringe.  I can't believe these people can live like this.  It makes my skin crawl.

Steven, my heart Dr. is located at Alexian Bros Hospital as well. I see Dr. Dan Sauri. I only have to see him once a year.

Crystal, can you tell me more about your new workout thing? I am not a total neat freak, but that show bothers me at times too. It gets me more motivated to get rid of stuff that I really don't need to keep.

Carla, it was nice to see you yesterday. Please join us as much as possible. Maybe we can get a meet and greet going for when you come to Chicago in the spring.

We had a great time yesterday with Monica and Scott. They are always so much fun. We went to the Train Show in Schamburg, then we found a hobby shop in Itasca. We also went to a seafood reasturant in Hoffman, called  Dover Straights. Hubert and I have been there before. We also hit the Trader Joes on Roosevelt Road. A great day.

Today, I am off work, but I have some errands to run. Then get ready for the rest of the week, A little computer time  also.

good luck Steven hope all goes well...

Well today I hit 165lbs wow this is amazing seen my sister this weekend and she really enjoyed her weekend stay at are place...well I am able to keep food down lets hope this keeps up, this hair loss really sucks, I am so glad I had thick hair in the first place. Now I am able to get my vitamins and protein in, but before this it was all messed up.. but with all the support and reading on OH I am able to stay on track...well I better go clean and then shower and head off too the store to get some food for my next company peace and hope everyone has a wonderful week San

Good morning Stevan and the rest of Illinois!

I am back at work and loving every minute of it.......:-)  Yeah, right. 

Apparently, I am no longer 2nd in command around here.  We have a new man and he seems to have taken over (with the President's blessing).  I am trying to sort out how I feel about this turn of events.  On the one hand, I suppose it will mean less stress.  On the other hand, it upsets me to think that I have been here for over 11 years and was promised that this business would be mine one day and now, this guy has been here a couple months and is taking ALL my authority.  He is also a distant family member and has made comments about how HE will be running the business as his own in a year or so........VERY disturbing to me.

Today is Vickie's day!  I am hoping for an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery.

I am glad to hear that Sandy is doing better too.  I still have hair loss and it drives me nuts.  I did NOT have much to begin with.

He is out of town, but I DID ask him before he left to make clear who is in charge while he is away.  He spoke to 3 different people (including me) privately.  I asked him to speak to all of us together so that there would be no misunderstanding.  He DID.......right as I was to be heading home.  He was a bit ambiguous during that meeting.  I asked him to make an organizational chart so that we could be very clear.  We will see if I ever get it.

Good Afternoon everyone!  It is a typical Monday with Monday things going on.  I left work about 10:30 as we were not busy at all.  Came home and had a long talk with a friend on the phone.  Good to catch up.  Now I am hanging loose for the rest of the day.

Steven, I hope you get good reports from your tests today.  That is always a relief.  

Crystal, I wish I was more of a neat freak.  I used to be then my ADHD kicked in and it has gone down hill fast.  

Lisa, your day yesterday sounds like fun.  Glad you had a good time.  Enjoy your day off today.  

Sandy, wow, you are doing so well!  Congrats on your weight loss.  I am glad to hear you can now keep food down.  I sure hope it stays that way. 

Dawn, what are we going to do with you and your job?    I feel so badly for you.  It seems like you can never get ahead.  I agree with Lisa that you need to talk to your fil and find out just where you stand.  I dont think I would put up with this much longer.  My patience would have worn out long ago.  Hang in there.  Positive vibes coming your way.
