Sunday Roll Call

Hello everyone

I was thinking about it's been a year since my supposed best friend just stopped talking to me and she never even told me why.  It had to be something really stupid, because if it was something important I would know what I did to make her stop talking to me.  What really makes me mad is that she has a boyfriend that cheated on her and she FORGAVE him...but me she can't forgive and for what????  I did nothing.  Sometimes the whole thing still makes me really mad!!!!  How can she forgive him for cheating on her but she can't forgive me....obviously I was not very important to her.  Now so much has happened I might not be able to forgive her...she wasn't there when my dad died, she disappointed my daughter and wasn't there for her wedding.  We were friends since we were in 1st grade...and she threw it away.  Well enough about that.

Yesterday I ended up running around for a few hours, instead of staying in.  I decided I hated lugging out my vacuum to clean up the area around the kitty litter box.  So I went to Walmart and bough a really nice cordless hand vac (with a rotating brush so it's great for pet hair on the furniture)  It was $38.  I love it...I can now clean up the litter without bring out the vacuum.  I also went a couple of other places.  So much for staying in...hahahaha.

Today I have no plans.  I am getting the newspaper and then I am relaxing....ahhh.  That's it.

Crystal, I had something like that happen a few years ago. We know we did nothing wrong, but they decided to get chummy with other friends of ours and decided we weren't "rich" enought for them anymore. The joke  was on them, since, our other friends are still our friends, and don't talk to them. Oh well, its thier lost, not yours.

We are off to the train show in Schamburg. It  will be a good day.

I havent posted in a very long time!!!!! I can oficially call my self a chicagoan, My daughter moved into a 2 bedroom apartment in the city. I am so glad now mama has a room to sleep in when i come to visit.....
Nothing much has evolved in the sunshine state of Florida. same old stuff but different day. I got laid off my job without notice so I am getting unemployment and I am wondering on how I had time to work!!!!!
I am planning on going to Denver for 10 days on thursday. I am having a hen session with my gal pals there. It will be fun.
Ill be in chicago after the snow flies!!!!!!!
My weight is stable and no regain. I had hernia surgery in Denver in September and am doing well.

Good to "see" you again.  I am so sorry you lost your job.  That sucks.  But then, having more free time can be wonderful!  Enjoy it.  I see you are still fleeting around the country.  Didn't know you had hernia surgery but glad that is behind you now.  Have fun in Denver!
