 Good Morning Everyone,
Well today I am going to the Kane Center to do a testamonial to new patients. I enjoy doing
this. It the way I give back for my weight lose. Then I have to go to Alexian Brothers Hospital
for a chest x-ray I have to do this once a year because of the Humira I take for my RA.

I hope everybody is having a nice weeken?

Good Morning,

Steven, and I thought I was early today! I remember the first meeting I went to. I was so glad to hear "regular" people that had had either lapband or RNY tell their stories.

I woke up this morning to hubby running into the bedroom and grabbing a towel out of the laundry room. All I heard him say is that it is all over the floor. Apparently, the coffee pot blew a gasket or something, now we need to pick up a new pot today. We have to have our morning coffee! (Decafe of course).

I have no plans to go out today. The house got cleaned yesterday, so today, all I have to do is some small stuff that I have been putting off. I will be making a pot of chili this morning.

Hello everyone

Well my plan to stay in for the weekend is nixed.  My Amanda isn't feeling well and I told her I would drop off some Sudafed and kleenex.  I will drop off her favorite soup too...what are moms for.  They don't have a car and they are both sick, so I don't want them out there walking to get medicine.  

I already vacuumed, dusted and cleaned the bathroom.  So all I have left to do is laundry.  

Yesterday, I ran all my errands and all my cleaning is almost done....so what to do with the rest of the weekend....hmmmm.

Well I will get going so I can finish my breakfast.  See you guys later.  Bye 

I am up to 287 this morning but dipped below 285 earlier this week.  I have grown used to this little up and down cycle though it would be nice if it was always down.  285 means 5 pounds to 100 pounds to goal weight and 15 pounds to being half the man I once was.

Thank you Christine and Dave for your encouragement and invite to the meeting at the Kane Center even though it turned out they would not be the ones to do my surgery.  Thank you to all the others here who put up with me when I thought this day would never come.

Looking at my bar I realize I have saved 540 instead of 547 in my memory.

Afternoon Everyone!

The sun is out but it is still cold outside!  I stayed home yesterday and slept in.  I feel a little better but still tired.  I think I am just at the point that I am totally run down.  I think I may have to have my iron checked.  

Today no special plans.  Sometime this weekend I need to go grocery shopping but when, I dont know.  

Steven, that is so nice of you to go do a testamonial.  I am sure that the prospective patients really enjoy hearing your story.  It is always  exciting to see success in person!

Lisa, hope you can find a good coffee pot fast!  I cant imagine the mess that your's must have made.  Oops.  Chili sounds perfect.  What time is dinner and do you deliver?  

Crystal, you are such a good Mom.  It is hard getting sick and not having your Mommy there to care for you.  You are a sweetie.  Enjoy your weekend.  I am sure you will find something to do.  

Randy, good seeing you again!  You have done so well.  It was a long journey of waiting for yu, but so worth it!  You have done phenomenol!

Vicki, Monday will be here sooner than you think!  Good luck with your surgery!  We are all cheering for you.
