I finally feel human again. Yesterday was a productive day for me also. I got a fair amount of the Christmas decorations down in the living & dining rooms. The tree comes down today. I will hate taking it apart because it is so pretty and is not loosing its needles yet but the last fresh tree pick up is tomorrow and it needs to be on the curb for garbage PU.

Crystal, I am with you on the simple meals; I am tired of them. Because we both eat so little there always is a lot of left overs if I make a full recipe. I get bored with the food after a couple of days especially after I take them for lunch at work. We still have the mental attitude to make big meals then they get frozen, we forget they are in the freezer downstairs and they really do not taste as good as when you make it the first day. I equate it to coffee sitting on the burner staying hot. It is not as good as when it is first brewed. That is why I only have a 4 cupper pot and I only make 2 cups at a time so it is always fresh brewed.

I have my second opinion cardiologist appt tomorrow in addition to seeing the hand specialist for my issues with my index finger and thumb.

Good morning all,
Crystal - I am so impressed with your work ethic.  I still have so much to do here.  Oh well that comes wth having 4 people, 2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 rabbit and 1 lizard all living under one roof!!  Of course I wouldn't have it any other way!!

Christine - I will keep you in my prayers as you continue on your doctor journey.  I took my tree down for the last garbage pick up and still it sits in my front yard.  Oh well.  Hopefully the "men" will take it this week.

As for me today, we are suppose to go bowling as a family.  Who knows!  Currently my son is spending the night at a friend's house.  He was recently re-introdced to the world of Yug-io cards and that is all he and his friends do.  It could be alot worse.  He is playing an innocent game and not out looking for drugs etc.

Ok, I am having a difficult time.  I mentioned a few days back that my husband was "thinking" of putting in for a transfer.  Well on Friday he submitted his resume to HR and it, the resume, is now in the hands of the Chandler office.  So, how does that affect me?  Well I am finding myself back into old patterns.  I feel like I am in a mental shutdown.  When I get this way, I have a hard time getting motivated for anything.  Yesterday I noticed I was grazing with food AGAIN!!  I can't do this.  I am so frustrated.  My "smart" thinking knows this is not the way to be, but the old patterned thinking won yesterday.  So today, is a fresh start.  I need to get moving.
Well enough rambling.  Sorry if this doesn't make any sense, but to me it is who I am.

 Good Afternoon everyone!

I wish AI could say it was a bright and sunny day but it is overcast.  Oh well.  I am going to scoot to the store soon and get that out of the way.  That will be my big event today -- ugh.  Still not a good voice but what can I say.

Crystal, I am glad you were able to fix the vacuum.  That is always a relief.  I hate to have to take mine anyplace to be worked on.  It injures my pride to know I cant fix it.  I am with you on the nice dinner.  Every once in a while I make a good dinner and enjoy.  It seems like most times it is something quick.  Enjoy your relaxing day.

Christine, glad you are back among the living.  I dont envy you with having to take down the Christmas tree.  That is one of my least favorite jobs of the Christmas season.  It is always so pretty, I want to leave it up.  Good luck with your second opinions tomorrow.  I hope you get better answers and a clearer answer to your problems.

Debbie I hope you have fun bowling.  Stay out of the gutter.   I am so sorry you are having such a hard time with the thought of a move.  It would stress me out too.  At least you are recognizing that your old patterns are rearing their ugly heads again.  That is half the battle.  Try to think of some alternative things to do when that urge to graze hits you.  Maybe call a friend, come on here, facebook or some other activity to distract yourself.  Talk this out with your husband.  Do some soul seeking as to why you do not want to move back to Arizonia.  Try making up a list of pro's and con's to look at.  Or, find someone to talk to.  Dont let it get to you and win.  YOU are in control. I know it is easier said than done.  You are in my thoughts.  Hugs.

Have a great day.
