Friday Roll Call

Hello everyone

Today is my last day till my Christmas vacation!!!!  Woohoo!!!

Yesterday's Christmas party was nice.  We had a nice pizza party and some yummies.  And I got a really wonderful surprise....it was a very good day.

Today and tomorrow I will be busy.  Of course I have work today and then after work I have grocery shopping to do.  Then when I come home I will wrap my gift (yep I waited till the last minute).  Then tomorrow is my all day baking marathon.  Then I have to make dinner because  later Amanda and Charles are coming over to exchange gifts and eat dinner.

Dawn- your car sounds great.  I hope you are enjoying it!!!!

Good Morning on this day before, the day before Christmas.

I don't know what you all are doing today, but I am getting stuff ready for tomorrow night. We have our annual open house on Xmas Eve. Some years we have 20 to 40 people, other years, we have smaller groups. But, whoever is around, we enjoy it.

I need to go back to the store this morning. I forgot to get lemons and limes. Maybe I will send Hubby to get them. :)

My sister sent me a Hanukkah plate on Tuesday. We don't exchange gifts, so it was a nice surprise.

Good morning all,
Today I must finish all my baking.  Need the cookies for presents!  Lord know I do not need them in the house!!!  I love baking but not all the tasting.  Of course I like the tasting but I don't need the tasting!!
I still have some shopping to finish but that will be later today!!

Good afternoon Everyone!

I am at work and very BORED!!!!   We are extremely slow today.  About a call every 10 minutes.   Yawn. 

Rick and I are heading to my sisters house in Antioch tomorrow afternoon.  My great nieces from Ohio and my great nephew from New Jersey will be there with their families.  So we still will have a Santa Christmas.  Yeah!

I played hookey today and called in a vacay day yesterday evening. Yesterday evening I had PT and while I was waiting to be seen I looked over and there was my niece's husband waiting for his first apt. We chit chatted and then "made" a date to go out to dinner - oh darn it was with our spouses also! Everyone just loves him. They picked us up (they live 6 blocks away) and we went to local pizza parlor and talked and talked. We will also spend the 24th evening with them and the rest of my sister's kid's families which is a highlight of our Christmas season.

I got a call from the doc no less that my paperwork was ready for PU and we went for that today. Why can't people read instructions? I asked for more of my chart history and testing results from the past. Oh well, maybe they see the writing on the wall. I will not be back there I will just sign a release for the history to be sent to the new family doc.

While up in the Woodfield area I checked Comp USA for a new computer and went and picked that up. My home computer got hit with a nasty virus, my IT guy can retrieve most of the data. I am currently typing on the new travel computer. My old travel computer needs a new hard drive which is being ordered. I also got a nice nap in today.
