Monday Roll Call

Hello everyone

I woke up this morning to get ready...I look in the mirror to find I have pink eye in both eyes!!!  How in the Hell I got pink eye in my eyes...who knows.  I am always very careful.  I don't touch my face while I'm out in the stores and then when I get home I wash my hands.  I do this so I won't get sick....but pink eye should be avoided by this too!!!  So now I have to go to the doctor.  For something like this I will go to Immediate Care.  I will check in at work and take off.  My eyes don't itch yet...but they do hurt.  So lots of fun trying to work and concentrate on a computer ALL day long!!!


Im sad I have to get rid of some of my favorite make up....

             So sorry to hear about the pink eye... I use to get it all the time with contacts even though I was a clean freak with not touch my eyes or anything like that.. Just seemd more prone to it! I hope you nip it in the butt quickly and it isnt too much of a pain!! 

Today is my Surgery day.. kinda in shock that it is here. I have been so busy with the holidays and hockey stuff it just flew right in under my nose. I lost 20 in 1.5 weeks on the liquid diet and have done in the last few days here so I cant wait to see if I lost more! 

Looking forward to being on the Path to Healthy with everyone!!

Good morning Crystal and the rest of Illinois!

Pink Eye stinks!  I haven't had it since the kids were small, but it is not fun.  The good news is that it feels better almost as soon as you start the medicine.

Sending good thought and positive energy for "labmom"s surgery this morning.  May she have an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery!

We finally got the tree lit and some cookies made.  Liv and I went for haircuts yesterday and wound up with a spa day.  We got cut, styled, eybrows waxed and I got a deep conditioning treatment.  Liv looks reallu cute, had about 7 inches cut off.  Mine looks about the same only shaped up a bit.  We went to JC Penney's on Crystal's suggestion.  We were very happy with the sylist and will probably use her again.

Have ot heard from David, but he came to work and I will have to talk to him about a few things some time today.  Wish me luck!

Are we all through with all the holiday hookla yet? I still have a few things to do, like get all the "good stuff" out, that I will use on our buffet Xmas Eve.

I am at work. All the programs that we were told to drop last week, are back in for the next 2 weeks.

Pink Eye sucks. I have gotten it too. You made the right decision to go to the urgent care.

Hello everyone!!  Sorry I have been MIA lately.  But I should be gettin my pre-op n surgery dates sometime this wk for hopefully next month.  I haven't weighed myself since Nov 18th n I was down 26 lbs since my journey with my current surgeon became in July.  I am hoping to find out when the 2012 support group meetings cause I have one more to go to then I will have my 3 in.

I am home and in my robe after another long day at work.  I cant believe how busy we are -- but that is good!  Especially after reading an article that our company is on the "Endangered" list for survivalbility for 2012.  

Crystal, I am so sorry you have pink eye.  Yuck!  I keep hand sanitizer in my car and use it after I leave every store.  I am so concious of germs.  I have never had pink eye.  Hope it feels better soon! 

Jill-- today is your new birthday!  Hope all went well and you are beginning a great recovery.  Remember it is normal to question "whaqt the heck did I do to myself" in the first few weeks but most of us agree that we would do it again in a heartbeat!  It is a great new life and I am greatful for the fresh start.  

Dawn, a spa day is just what the doctor ordered.    Glad you and Liv could have a girls day out.  It is always relaxing to have "the works"  Enjoy you tree and the holiday festivities.  

Lisa, I have all my holiday things done except for my cards.  They will get done but probably will not arrive before Christmas.  Oh well,  its the thought that counts.  Right?    I am sorry they brought back those programs that cause so many problems.  Hopefully it is short lived.  

Vicki, your time is coming soon!  It has been a long journey for you but it is almost within reach.  You will love your new life.
