Black Friday Roll Call

Good Morning,

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving, and didn't over indulge to much.I had about 1 T of everything, and it really was enough.
I did indulge in a 2 small glasses of wine.

Today, being Black Friday, I am NOT going shopping! Tomorrow morning, I will get going early, and get my normal weekly stuff done,then go to a craft fair here in town.

today, i want to clean house, then get my outdoor decorations up. It is suppose to be a nice day.

What are your plans for today?

Hello everyone

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  It sounds like you did Lisa.  I didn't over indulge at all.  I had one plate of food with lots turkey and a little bit of  mashed potatoes.  Then I had a slice of cake.  I was good.  Amanda's father-in-law came with us.  It was wonderful to see everyone. 

We had a close call with a deer on the way home.  We were driving down RT 71 in the dark and all of the sudden everyone in the car gasped.  I was saying WHAT!!! WHAT!!! I guess a huge deer with big antlers (I guess that's called a buck???)  came about two feet from hitting the side of my car.  I didn't see a thing.  But I was told if I was going a tad bit slower he would have nailed my car!!!!  How scary!!!!

This morning I woke up went to Lowe's got a tree that was on sale for $48 and I also bought a door mat.  I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes.  I love shopping at unpopular black Friday stores.  I didn't even wait in line at the register. 

I am now relaxing curled up watching Will & Grace and eating Thanksgiving leftovers.  Then I will decorate my tree.  Later after lunch I will go for a bike ride while it's nice outside.  That is it for my agenda today.

Well I better be getting a long...I have more relaxing to do...hehehe.  Have a wonderful day...bye,

Good morning LIsa and the rest of Illinois!

I am working and listening to the State Championship football game.  Liv left yesterday morning for Champaign since she is cheering the boys on.  So far, Dakota is bhind, 7-0.  I'm so glad that Liv gets to have this experience, just sad that I am not there with her.

Thanksgiving went well, we had TONS of food.  I did not over eat.  I took a small amount of many things and left about half of my plate.  We had both fried and roasted turkey.  We have lots of salad and fruit left, so I am excited to go home and have some.

I am thinking of calling to see if Amber wants to go to lunch.  Not much else happening.
