Monday Roll Call
Hello everyone
I am sitting here relaxing before I have to get ready. I am ready to take on this week. Mostly because I am excited that next week I have 5 days off!!!
The weather here is yucky and rainy.
Yesterday was pretty low key. Other than going out for a news paper...I went ahead with my Christmas ornament project and they turned out pretty. I was worried the wind would ruin my plans. I imagined painting the ornaments and the wind blowing dust onto them...but that wasn't the case at all. While I was out in the garage I reorganized and cleaned. I have the Christmas decorations ready to go....I can't wait. I am still trying to figure out how to lay out the indoor and outdoor decorations. I am so afraid Jasper will ruin them!!!! I cleaned and did laundry. That's it. I relaxed and watched TV.
Well I better get going and get ready for work. Have a good day. Bye

No rain here this morning. Just the pre=dawn grayness. I will also be leaving shoe=rtly for work.
Yesterday, besides the usual laundry and such, I put the Xmas village up and started on cards. I wasn't sure how it would look, since we had gotten rid of the TV that it has sat on for years. We put it across the top of the builtin bookselves. It looks good.Next weekend, we will get all the decorations up.
Steven, I know how frustrading it is to post pictures. I hope your brother can help you.

Good morning IL family!
Things have been hectic for me the past few weeks. My sister is having health issues, my BIL is still out of a job and is badgering my sister to move to an apartment and my Mom - well, she has her days. My job is the job from hell right now - for the past year with a boss who is so power hungry! All these factors haven't been helpful in my weight loss journey.
I'm back at the fitness center and working my way up to 6 days a week. It's so easy to get off track with everything. Then I think about all I went through to have this revision and paying for it myself. Sheesh! You would think I would learn my lesson.
The surgeons need to come up with a procedure that malabsorbs carbohydates too. That would be the best.
I started with my Christmas decorations already - only thing left is to finish decorating the tree. Everything else is done.
Crystal, Lisa,Steven, Christine, Dawn and Nancy it's so good of you to keep this board rolling.
I miss the good ole days here. Wonder how Pam is doing?
Well back to work!
Enjoying my morning coffee with my shake cake - full of 20+ grams of protein and very low carbs. Yay!!

Looky, looky!!!!! Miss Lucy came out to play! YIPPEE!!!! I have missed your posts Lucy! I understand about the "Off track" thing. It will always be a struggle, I think for some of us.
The weather here is sunny and cool, but not so cool that I missed my lunch-time walk! I always feel better when I at least get THAT in. I am thinking of moving the (manual) stationary bike so that I can use it. I have worn out the wheel, but un-opposed movement is better than NO movement. I am approaching a momentous birthday and am getting motivation from that. I will take any motivation I can get!
The girls and I DID go to Mt. Horeb and I got a few things and even better....I saw examples of the new bracelet I am thinking of making. They were very nice.
Home tonight, then we have funeral duties the next couple of days. Todd's Great-Aunt passed late last week.
